I am overall satisfied with the service but i think a division between those booking in and questions should be created. It is frustrating to wait to be booked in when those in front are asking questions. A booking in only desk or clip board should be available

The last year and a half has been a tough one for us. We lost our three cats within a span of less than 12 months, and although they were all seniors and had lived long, happy lives, we were still devastated. Dr. Johnson, Dr. Decter, and the rest of your staff really helped us through such a difficult time. In the past few months we ve adopted a new kitty and puppy, both of which have been to see Dr. Johnson, and she always takes plenty of time to talk to us, answer questions, and get to know our pets. We are grateful to have found her after we moved down to Florida.

I was very thankful they were available. It seemed they took great pains to see that the medications they sent home were extremely easy to follow. The doctor thoroughly explained Lexi s condition and took the time to make a copy of a picture showing me the area of concern so that I might better understand.
