Dr Johnson was great at explaining and making me comfortable with my sick cat . She also referred my me to a specialist . John the tech does not communicate well and left my frustrated and angry and didn’t do what he said he was going to and was to busy to talk to me.

It is a beautiful place and I am so happy to bring my Bandit to you. I did my homework this time as I recently lost my beautiful Candi because of neglect from my vet and I don t want to have it happen again. The 24 hour service is what really made it a must have place for us.

Pricing should be discussed prior to performing anything. Total shock when checking out over $650. Bill. Next time I want upfront pricing this rediculous fir a few regular shots. Standard blood test fir heartguard and antibiotic really $650+ ????

Waited about 30 minutes after my appointment I arrived for on time. I understand a few minutes I may have to wait but a half hour was to much for my dog and I. Other than that the visit was good and the staff is kind and professional.

In all my years of owning animals and going to the vets I have never been told if I see the doctor I will be charged a office visit, but if I don t then I don t have to pay. Also some of your prices are outrageous and high. Hidden charges like 5.50 for fecal disposal and 22.50 for anal glands. For a stool sample and 1 shot, anal glands, and a liquid that I didn t see administered cost almost 100 dollars.

Every time I go they are very good with my dog they know how to handle my big dog. Always very Caring and compassionate. Every person that works in the office and every vet is amazing wouldn’t take my dog any place else

I felt like the doctor I saw pushed unnecessary medication on me for my dog that I didn’t need to make my bill higher. I also think that the wait time between being seen and waiting for the prescription was too long. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes in the exam room did my dogs medication. My dog is a part of my family and I love her. I have two children also and live on a budget. Needless to say, a $240 vet bill is very high

Waiting Time
I didn’t have appt and I tried to get staff to squeeze me in , they insisted I had to come in under emergency. When my dog and I arrived I noticed that they could have just squeezed us in as we we took about 10 minutes . It seemed as if they just wanted the extra money from emergency.

After I have been there for 4.5 hrs I cannot trust to leave my pet with you because she will may wait longer to receive any care after I have gone. She didn’t improve until I gave her the treatment at home, with all familiar environment and time, she starts to eat ( it takes 1 hr), her hydration takes 30 minutes and up (no 10 minutes as in the ER). My dog needs time and that what your staff does not have. Shortage of staff generates untrust in the whole service system.
