When the doctor says someone will follow up the next day and no one does, it makes you all look uncaring and unprofessional. Our Bella was put to sleep on Sunday after our Friday appointment. A follow up call on Saturday morning would probably not have saved our girl, but we could have taken more actions on Saturday to prepare her and our family. Shawn Fetz

The entire staff treats Bosley like he’s the best boy ever! This visit specifically was very informative in regards to learning about his allergies. The tech who went over the billing and different options for flea and tick treatment was very informative and explained options that were affordable without making it feel like a sales pitch.

Absolutely love all of the staff at The Pet Clinic of Brownsburg! Have been with them for about 5 years now. Both of my boys are always well taken care of by every single one of them. A few months ago our cat got sick in the evening so we took her to the vet closest to us. Last week when we were back with the Pet Clinic of Brownsburg, we were reminded of why we come here. Our cat, Socks, does not like to be in her carrier. It is so nice to be greeted and then taken back to our room right away. The room is comforting, it even has a cat tower, and Socks feels safe. The assistants are all professional & very kind. I am always amazed at how well Dr. Woodruff shows his personal care. He may have just read up on each pet, but when he walks in the room, he makes a point to pull in past visits or issues. This validates the warm connection this clinic works hard to create. It s a bit of a drive for us, but the care Socks receives is much more important than miles.
