Could not ask for a better clinic for our fur children. Top notch form the time you enter to meeting the vet.

Everyone is very good there. They take good care of your pets and do everything they can do.

Unfortunately, the staff was too rude to consider returning. The front desk workers were whispering and rolling their eyes behind the desk, they spoke to all patients, not just me, as if we were incompetent. They misspelled my name, my pet’s name, arbitrarily chose a random breed to list as my dogs breed, seemed to not be able to get on the same page with work flow. Also, an additional unauthorized lab was drawn and of course billed. We will not be establishing care with this clinic.

I called ahead for a price estimate, but was charged much more. I was not told about the charges up front for additional testing and other services that were provided. We likely would have chosen the same services, but being told the price item by item before the services were rendered would have been nice. We will be back and I know to ask more questions next time.

Everything was fine. Staff was nice, helpful, etc. I wish the costs of services were less expensive. I m on a fixed income now...and my dogs need $2200.00 in surgeries. I hate that I can t afford to get them done now to help my dogs.

Everything was great. They explained everything and answered all the questions we had even if the questions sounded kinda dumb. Staff was very nice and inviting. Favorite vet by far

I’ve been taking my pets there for years. The staff is always friendly and compassionate, can’t say enough good things about them.

Love this practice! Professional, caring, not rushed, and answered all my questions. They go over the price of what is needed before proceeding so that you have the option of declining or proceeding. There are no surprises using this system.

Everyone is always so sweet! I have a lifetime lifting restriction and they are always so kind and carry my dog food out for me. Not to mention how good they are to Maddie. Top notch customer service!!

I was very impressed with the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The doctor did a great job of explaining the x-rays. I’ve already recommended this office to two other people.

I am also grateful that even though I was taking him to a clinic because of pay that your vet treated me with respect and not disdain. Dr. Woodruff and staff have always been great with my neurotic pets. My dog is very anxious and fearful, but they were gentle and slow and won him over. Treats didn t hurt either. Great practice and we wouldn t go anywhere else.

The lady performing the nail trimming for my dog was very patient

There was a misunderstanding as to weather there would be an exam that day but they made accommodations to make that happen, which I appreciate.
