Very disappointed. I thgt spot was with Dr Woodard . Saw some other young woman. She listened to my figs heart only. Never looked in her ears . I know my dog is 19 & has bladder tumor as shown from X-ray last year. Vet did not want to give her shots last years.even talk to us about putting her to sleep. I came in for check to see if healthy enough to continue her Rx. Told technicians several times why not getting blood tests or shots. So guess that why ai saw the young woman .

This was my first visit and they listened to all my concerns for my older dog. This veterinary facility assisted me with a plan for my dog that did not break the bank, but met all of his needs! This place is amazing and so blessed we have found them!!! Highly recommended to all

I’m so thankful to have such a caring team of people care for my dogs, who mean as much to me as any family member. I know that every time I bring them here, they are getting the best care possible. Thank you all for taking such good care of them. It means the world to me.

I have never been left alone while my pet was taken into a back room to be assessed and treated.... I expect my pet to stay in examination room with me and vet/techs to see my pet in my presence....very dissappointed

Although staff was friendly. I could tell not one of them really had any people skills. The staff didn t even say hi or hello when entering the exam room. They entered silent and reserved. I had to initiate conversation. I had to ask questions and was not given any info on what my pet is going through and next steps. The doctor was the weirdest of them all! She gave the least amount of info and it was like prying teeth to get info from her.I had to ask all those questions. Shouldn t she give you information rather than you waiting for people to ask? I will most likely not bring my pets here in the future due to lack of people skills from the staff and lack of communication.

Patients can hear everything that is said when in the first room on the left (closest to the bagged cat food). I was not bothered by the content of the conversation (however, many others would have been bothered by the language alone) but the volume was very loud and it added to the anxiety and fear of my sick cat. Thank you for working my two dogs into the schedule. The quality of care was excellent, and appreciated the Vets expertise and consultation concerning the lumps on my dogs.

I didn t catch the name of the vet or tech who helped us out but they were excellent and listened to what I had to say. They treated my cat very well and so far the treatment plan is working wonders. Thank you so much.

I have never been to a vet that didn t ask what kind of food my animal was eating

Always friendly to me and my pets.

The road was closed for a short period so I couldn t get through. I had to carry my cat carrier for over a mile. When I arrived, the staff offered my water and showed such kindness. I then used one of their phones to have my husband drive to pick me up. While I waited I chatted with one of the techs about a cat stroller. The doctor was SUPER kind as was everyone else. I randomly chose this vet two years ago b/c several of my pets have passed away at the vet near us and it was too painful. The Pet Clinic of Brownsburg is SOOO worth the drive. Friendly staff, good prices, and an amazing vet that truly cares for the animals in his care!

Staff was patient. They didn’t make me feel like a bad pet owner for being behind on shots for my pets. They did great at scheduling 2 of my pets in the same day at different times to accommodate my needs.

Best staff ever, especially the dog nurses!
