Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

I didn’t feel like enough was done to figure out what was going on. Dr. said kitten was acting normal. She gave her pain and anti nausea meds to take home( a anti nausea injection was given as well.) Kitten continued to be lethargic and eating very little. I had previously scheduled an appt. at another clinic for spaying. When I took her there (3 days later) she had a slight fever and was dehydrated, so surgery was cancelled. Blood work was normal. She was treated for dehydration, given an ointment to increase appetite and sent home to take meds prescribed at your clinic. Just a waiting game now to see if she improves.

I had a 3 year Rabies vaccination in February 2021 and this was in the records I supplied to this clinic. Unfortunately this was something that had been missed. Not to happy to hear that I have to mention to the Dr. and just have them do a booster.

I have not been happy in the last year with the staff so avoid going to the vet until I absolutely have too. This time the staff was friendly on the friend greeted me when I came The two technicians that trimmed her nails were so good with her!! I appreciate them!!

Thank you for everything you did for Max when he had an ear infection. He was not easy to deal with that day and the staff was very understanding and offered suggestions to help.

My dog does not deal with separation well. Taking him to another room and leaving me waiting made him and me uncomfortable.

I would like to apologize to the staff who had her dogs there. I allowed my dog to approach. That was my fault. I said the other dog bit mine but after further evaluation my dog was probably scratched. I felt terrible afterwards. I think people overreacted. All over a couple scratches on her nose. I am truly sorry for the incident. Thank you for being so kind

I love both vets and have always had the best care with them. I have noticed a lot of changes with having new staff each time I visit. One of the staff in the front does not have the best way with words. I have had 3 occasions where her words were less than kind. The last time is when my husband brought in our cat, Pumpkin, who died in our home and we wanted her cremated. When he brought her in, he forgot his wallet. He let this person know that he was really sorry and that he would need to run home and grab his wallet and would be right back. Her words were that it was fine but she had to let him know that Pumpkin would not be tagged and that nothing else would be done until payment was made and oh sorry about your cat. This is not caring or professional. We have always paid our bill and we have spent a lot of time at the Pet Clinic of Brownsburg. I have spoken to Dr. Woodruff regarding this staff member once already. I do appreciate all that you do for my animals and have always loved that staff but do feel like something has changed.

Was not satisfied with the wrong diagnosis, had to take another place for the help she needed that I didn t receive at your facility

I really appreciate the clean environment and the friendly staff. Twix was very nervous and I was too! I’m grateful how the team had patience with Twix whenever it came to him getting his shot and being checked out by the doctor.

The staff and veterinarian were all very carrying for our pet and wonderful to work with. I will for sure return for a routine visit with our pets. This visit was out of an emergency for our cat and our regular vet was not available.

I love the way the doctor and staff hang out on the floor with my “manimal”. Anxiety might get the better of him otherwise! Thank you!

I still feel my dog needs help with her regurge. I was given some medicine to try but I don t want to keep coming back and paying for an exam to get new medicines. I would like more affordable options to try too. I didn t feel I had good examination of this issue. She did have a more pertinent issue to fix first and I think this may have been why. Overall, liked how everything went.

I feel like the vet tech that came in first was very friend and inviting. She just seemed disinterested in interacting with the dog. Vet on the hand was amazing like always. Warm, caring, playful, and informative. Front desk staff also great, friendly, and quick

I was most impressed with everyone in this office. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Stone had no bedside manner. This was our first time and zero questions or discussing what was going on. Was very unimpressed. Then when bill came, was more than explained to me.

Dr Woodruff is an excellent vet and I have and will continue to recommend him as well as driving out there anytime we have an issue with a pet. His care for pets is wonderful, best vet I veever used by far!

I don’t make a lot of money and my pets health matters. I wish you guys would do a pay half and then pay the rest on a payment plan type thing instead having to have it all right then and there. My dog goes without being checked because I can’t afford it. It’s like our current healthcare system. People die because they can’t afford to live and that’s sad especially when it’s an animal.
