This was a second appointment. Our first appointment a couple of weeks ago would not have received these high marks because we felt that if we had been more closely listened to, we would not have had to come back in. Overall, very pleased with the care we received.

The lady Beth is really professional & friendly, but a couple other staff at desk have been quite unfriendly & impatient.

I was very disappointed to learn how much my bill was. I received no information about the cost of bloodwork and was SHOCKED at how much it cost when there was a very small chance that it would show severe illness in my dog. These tests should have NEVER been run and I was left with a ridiculous bill. I will not be returning to your office for the care of my dogs.

I went in to have cats tested for worms and told no parasites in either cat but within 2 days observed worms crawling out of one of them. Either testing needs to be more accurate or technicians need better training. Hopefully the medication I purchased at pet store will work since holiday weekend and your clinic is closed.

I was disappointed when I asked to bring my dog in for shots and have her teeth cleaned in one visit. Instead I was told I had to bring her in for a consultation first. It literally took less than 5 minutes for me to show the vet my dogs teeth. Then I was charged $50. We have brought our 3 dogs there for years. As a suggestion, maybe review this practice.

The doctor sat on the floor with my dog and let her kiss him with her licks. I was very impressed. The assistant I had was very kind to her. Very happy with you all.

Dr. Stone was very patient and gentle towards our dog Rico. He was very scared but Dr. Stone was understanding and took things slowly for him. Great service all around!
