Dr Woodruff was wonderful. Such a great listener. He had our cat purring and rubbing all over his shirt when she’s had major anxiety and been hiding. We have been looking for a new vet and dr woodruff is it!! Thank you!

This was a really pleasant experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes. prices are really good.

I had requested several services when making my appointment. Including Rabies shot. But when I was shuffled in the rain around to a freezing room in the back of the building for I m not sure what reason. She just had a snotty nose. It was pretty cold back in that room. Other than weighing and a few cursory looks here and there on the dog. She has allergies they told me. Half a benadryl 2 times a day. Thank you. $55 please. No mention of other requests or shots?? No tests? No smears or swabs? Okay. Thank you. I guess I ll get the shots someplace else. Have a nice day I spoke.

Everything was fine, but we did have to wait about 30 minutes in the room with our pets.

I emailed a concern about my kitten, and Dr. Woodruff called me personally within 24 hours to address my concern. That’s excellent patient care!

We just loved your facility and the Dr and the tech and the office staff were so friendly and kind! The office was very clean along with the room we were in! I really liked the Dr and you guys explained everything to us! We have found a very good Vet to take our fur babies too!

I know the crew had a very long day as I had gotten a call to come in later in the day. The doctors, techs and front desk were all incredibly sweet and friendly! It was after closing but they didn’t rush us or make us feel anything but heard. Thanks everyone for all you do!!

Very happy with service, knowledge, and cost. Everyone was great, but Ashley, in particular, really worked with me and went above and beyond.

It was our first time at the vet. Staff was super friendly. We waited for probably less than a minute or two before they took us back. Vet tech/nurse was great at explaining everything he was doing and was very tender/loving to our cat. Dr Woodruff took time to listen to my son and answer all his questions. We were very pleased!

Nurse caring for us was distant, inattentive, unhelpful, and did not listen to what vaccines were wanted during this appointment. MD was polite and attentive.
