We just started bringing our doggie here. The front desk staff are wonderful and friendly. The Vet Techs are great and very knowledgeable. And the Vet Dr. Is so friendly and you can truly see her love for animals and she explains everything and every option possible to help. Will be bringing my fur kiddo here from now on.

Please don t ever perform any kind of treatment without discussing it with the client, unless it s lifesaving care. My cat was given an unnecessary treatment simply because she d had it before, but I was not asked if I d like to do it again. When I became frustrated over the charge for something I didn t authorize, the billing manager only gave me 50% off instead of removing it from my bill. When it comes to money, we should always be consulted.

I believe your charges for prescriptions are extremely high. My dogs Apoquel is 4 times the amount of my monthly prescriptions. A modest margin keeps patients coming to you.

I am more than happy that I left the other clinic and came here. Worth every single penny. That man sat down on the floor and let my hairy husky love all over him. He was patient and loving with my baby and made all of us very comfortable. My husband even approves and loved the vet and that’s hard to accomplish. I can’t wait to go back just for the experience.

We were unable to see Dr woodruff which is our normal vet. The vet we saw was just as great! She took her time she explained everything. She really seemed to care about my dog just as her own!

I am a first time dog owner so I am not familiar with how things work when it comes to dogs and them being vaccinated or what is need and required. No one explained to me why or what shots are required. Why it’s important to for me to get the vaccines. I was made to feel like a bad dog owner when I stayed I didn’t want my dog to get unnecessary vaccines but only wanted the required shots. I might have changed my mind if someone would have talk to me like a human being instead of talking down to me. I will not be bring my new puppy back to this clinic. The front office was super nice but the vet assistant was not friendly and veterinarian was not professional.

Waited a half hour before Dr showed. My next appointment Im 7min late and the receptionist is leaving a message on our voicemail when I walk in. She tells me my appointment is cancelled and I needed to reschedule?!? Really?
