Generally good care. Pleasant friendly staff. At times I don’t respect the way Dr Rogoff talks to his staff. And, at times Dr Rogoff tends to talk down to his human customers. We’re not stupid and we just want to do what’s best for our animals…and our questions are, therefore, never silly. Dr Rogoff is great with the animals and seems to have good skill and veterinary judgment.

I realize the front desk may be a busy stressful place but the young lady never smiles and seems like she is being bothered by me when I am there. I try to be overly friendly with her but it doesn’t seem to matter.

Several things were not explained to me clearly but after I asked several times I received the answers I needed.

I m always happy to bring my pet to this location. Staff is friendly and helpful, and wait times are virtually non-existent!

I ve been going to Orange Village since I babysat my old boss s dog and every animal we ve owned has been seen by Dr. Rogloff. Couldn t ask for a better vet!

The staff and veterinarian were very friendly to my dog who was anxious about the appointment. They all did a really good job and made a very nice and comfortable visit for Finley.

I usually am very pleased with your service. This time when I brought Lily in, you took her in the back room for heartworm test and to clip her nails but apparently gave her the vaccinations that were due also because I never got to see the doctor or watch the examination. When she was brought back out to the front she was done.
