Patient emergencies unfortunately put them behind schedule and they did their best to speed up the process for us. The staff was efficient, kind to my dog, and he always loves visiting. He is difficult for nail trims and each time it gets easier and faster. Also…I have no idea how they keep the facility so clean! ??????
