I have been going here for a long time but it has changed a lot. I have been told someone will call to see how my animal is doing but no one does. When Gabe was so bad, no one called at all. I am so sorry to see this change.

Both Hannah and Dr. McMickling were just fantastic with our cat. I felt like everything was explained, recommendations for treatment were practical and low-pressure, so glad to find this great vet clinic 5 minutes from our house.

Fiona is a 3 1/2 year-old rescue golden retriever that I recently was lucky to give her a permanent home. She hasn’t seen by your doctors when she was rescued initially by Yulee a breeder Fiona had some skin irritation and itching and I was able to get an appointment that day, which I was very thankful for since she was obviously very uncomfortable. I live in Boulder but I’ll make the drive out there to have you take care of her health. Thanks again.

The Vet and assistant Joel were just outstanding on this visit. Lucky usually goes behind a chair & won t come out. When she saw Joel, it was instant happiness. He petted her, she loved it & was happy for the whole visit. I went home with a happy ?? relaxed dog. Thank you for such caring wonderful people that show genuine love for our furry friends. My appointments were an excellent experience. I am not sure my survey answers wee recorded, all 5 stars, because nothing showed up as recording the 6 questions as being answered.

I’ve been to many vet clinics, this was by far the best experience. I love how the dr sat on the floor with my dog, and made her feel very safe and comfortable. I have never seen a dr do that before. My dog didn’t want to leave her lap! I also appreciated receiving a text message the next day asking how my dog was doing. Great service!

Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful. They all seem to really care about my pett and her wellbeing and I really appreciate them all.

This clinic deserves more than 5 stars! My dog was so comfortable and relaxed, as was I. Everyone made me feel as if my dog was as important to them as she is to me. Friendly people, clean, calm facility. I will refer all of my friends to this clinic!

I love how our vet meets our cats where they are comfortable to do the exam, even if that is the sink! I love how the vet tech adored both my kitties

Follow up is exemplary.

I was disappointment with my most recent experience. Results were not explained in person when I picked up Dexter. I did not receive any print outs and 15 days later I am sent a text saying that I was supposed to have brought in a urine & fecal sample that was part of the lab work I paid for. This was never explained to me. I miss the days when you would spend $600 and have the vet explain the findings in person.

The staff was welcoming and made my pet and I very comfortable. All actions and procedures were explained to me thoroughly. I believe my pet is getting the best possible attention and care from Dr. Cross and her team.

Joel and Dr. Abernathy were very present and very upbeat during our appointmen. I had several questions and some feedback ad they wee very open. I a not sure I got everything from the explanatio of how to treat Ella s gingivitis. I will proably call and ask for more direction on this but I really appreciate Dr. Abernathy pointing it out as something that needs attention. It was a very pleasant and very helpful appointment and I am so glad that I bring my pups to you for care! thanks for taking so much time with us! I found myself aware that I just wanted to stay and hang out with the great energy!
