I couldn t actually see the clinic nor interact much with the staff due to covid. My cat was very well cared for and is healing nicely.

I was unhappy it see the tech using choking force on my dog! It s normal for dogs to be nervous and I was troubled hearing my dog yell out!! I do plan to come to office over my concern. I am thankful for services!!!I would have to tell of my experience when referring

Well I do got to say,had my dog Izzie shots and fixed.Shes had a few problems since.Took her back down there cause her breathing has been off? When your place checked her out and they brought her back to the car,the lady said she sounds ok and that maybe my dog(breathing an all) that maybe my dog was milking it .What,didn t find that amusing.I most say that when you all wasSpay/Nuetur,everyone seemed to be more caring,and now that your part of KCPetProject,....well tell me is it about only the monies?or what.Not tryingtobe crude, but to tell my dog is milking it,that was unprofessional Sincernly.

This place is such a blessing! I haven’t been able to spay my cats because of the cost being too much for me to handle for 1 let alone 3 cats that I have and I was able to get mama cat spayed AND her 2 kittens vaccinated and not break the bank, super awesome people just wanting to help take care of our fur babies, you guys rock!!

I m not sure if our dogs nails were trimmed as we requested. Wecw weren t charged but it really needed to be done and we can t tell if it was done or not.

I have to say, I have been bringing my pets to this location for 10 years, before it was Pet Resource Center, and the organization and ease of this vaccination appt (for all 5 of my pets) was amazing! It has always been so challenging to bring all 5 in and wait inside, this drive through method was a life safer and so much easier and less stressful on my fur babies! Thank you so much!

Brought my dog to get nurtured his cone was put on way too tight which cut into his neck causing an infection when i brought my dog back for follow up after waiting 45mins after my appointment time he was only examined for 5mins nothing was done to help the situation except milking more money to pay for more medicine i felt like the wound caused by staff should have been cleaned and better taken care of

The gentleman who was checking everyone in for drop-off and pick-up was so sweet and professional! He had a GREAT smile, and even though there was cars lined up behind me waiting for their spot to drop-off, he took the time to talk with my kids and made sure we all felt welcome :) Also, I do not know who brought out my cat, but they were also AMAZING! The directions and conversation was pleasant, easy to understand, and they didn t judge me at all with any questions or comments I had. Overall, the experience was just what we needed that day. We had a make a tough decision about our deck cat, and I never felt any judgement from anyone I spoke to on the phone, or through check-in and pick-up.

I love the new process for the appointments. I think the animals feel less stressed while waiting in the vehicles with their owners. You guys also have the process down to the “T” kudos to you guys for being able to insure a safe way to see everyone’s animals. Really enjoyed the new process.

I would definitely recommend the young gentleman at your outdoor check in if you have an award for service. He was very personable and friendly in addition to being very efficient. (The young man running the check in booth these past two Mondays).
