I just want to thank all of you for the care & service you provided for Wags & I. Your staff was so helpful with every aspect from financial assistance to post opp questions & care. Living in a Nursing home my budget would have never allowed me to take care of Wags needs the last 2 years. I would have had to give him up for adoption. God bless you all!

Magnum got his active self at 7:00 PM & by 10:00 P his collar was undone! The collar has been put back together about 12 - 15 times and this Sunday AM he broke a portion & was able to lick! Jody taped it back together & @ 1:48 P it’s still holding- Sunday!

I was very worried about getting shots for my dogs but the lady was super nice and very helpful. The guy that took my dogs in the van was very helpful after explaining that my mini sharpei was half blind did a very good job. I was very happy!

Please have the sign in area under a tent. It was a hot sunny day and because of health issues, I cannot stand in the sun. Thank you and I appreciate everything your organization does! The satellite clinics are an excellent way to reach more people in the greater KC area.

Thank you for your services for my 67 lb dog. I gladly paid the extra $50 that was added to the charges, but I hope that you ll let others know that this will be added if their female dog is in heat. When I asked, I was told that they usually call before surgery. I don t believe I received a call. Regardless, I believed she was out of estrus because her swelling had gone down and spotting had ceased. The charge is not a problem because I would have donated anyway, but I thought you would want to know about this misunderstanding so others are not surprised. Also I wondered why she was shaved so far up on her side. Thank you!

I have always loved the caring and great service I receive here. From the greeter at the gate to the person coming to the vehicle to get our pets. I have used pet resource of kc for years now and will always recommend their services!

Maybe advise people of long wait times while in their vehicles. Last year I hardly waited at all for my appointment, but this year I waited for an hour. I m not sure if you re overbooking, or it was just a busy day, but it was VERY long wait. I m also pretty sure several people who came after me were seen before me, which felt very frustrating!

My rating for the cleanliness of the facility is NOT based on a visit inside, I m new to Pet Resource I started coming during the peak of the pandemic. Therefore I have never been inside to meet Vet or other staff.

I would have liked more info on how to feed your pet while they have a cone on. My pet couldnt eat or drink with it on.
