Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. Our dog struggles with anxiety that results in unpredictability and sometimes aggression (which gives us a lot of anxiety anytime she has to go out), but the staff helped us by getting her inside and knocked out quickly. They were sweet toward her and she was anxious but didn t have any negative reactions aside from some barking. She is doing great since the surgery and we were very grateful that Pet Resource could help us.

I’m am grateful for the low cost service versus the same service at a vet clinic. However I feel that it is not practicing good safety by using the same leash on every dog or letting the 5 month old puppy walk when he has never been on a leash before and I stated that to them. My puppy is having a bad bad reaction I guess Bc he was fine on Friday after shot and woke up Sunday morning vomiting and soft poo. Barely drinking water at all. I don’t know what to do Bc I can’t afford a vet clinic especially for parvo treatment. So scared my puppy is very sick. It’s great you offer these services I just feel for small puppies more precaution should be taken.

So far I am very pleased with the treatment you gave my little girl. I feel you took excellent care of her needs . You supplied all medicine she needed. So far she is doing quite well, she has taken advantage of being held and loved more than normal. I can’t wait until she is back to her playful self. Even though I love to hold and coddle her. I think what you guys do is wonderful. However, i think it would be nice if full vet services were offered as well. Are there any vets that may be willing to donate some of their time or is that not an option? I m not sure what your policies and proceeds are. All around i really appreciated your services. Only thing that confused me was at pickup, it said to reply with the number and the lane your in but I don t know if the cones were arranged right? Either way I got my cats in a good time and the didn t seem too confused finding us so all was good.

It took several weeks to reach a human being to make an appt. That said, the staff was very kind and very courteous! I will certainly use your services again and will recommend you as well. My pet did not receive all the vaccinations requested on the day of his surgery, leptosporosis and his sentanyl tablet were omitted, this was caught by the staff of your facility and I was notified and made an appt to receive these. A bit inconvenient by very appreciated. I appreciate all you do, thanks

Great process, people and very helpful and understanding, even when I dropped the ball sitting there in line for pickup and not texting them regarding my arrival. They were aware and not rude. My cat did very well after the surgery. They worked with me financially as well and that makes a world of a difference at times.
