You guys made me an appointment. Sent two emails for me to verify my appointment. Then send an email that said you would call me and tell me what time on the day of my appointment to come. You never did I called 30 times in a row I have it on my phone I could not get an answer I do not have a car and had someone on hold all day for you guys not to even have the courtesy to call me and tell me you weren t going to keep the appointment I do not understand.

The best customer service I seen in a long time! From the gentleman in the booth to my last contact everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I felt like everyone was concerned with my loved one who was being taken care of with her needs. I would highly recommend to everyone to use your facility. Thank you all for a positive experience.

Doing a wonderful job during our country s current situation to still be able to provide services. I recommend you often and will return. I have a dog who is very aggressive toward strangers and i appreciate I was able to communicate with the staff so it all went smoothly as possible. I am very grateful to the pet Resource Center. Without them I could not have gotten the treatment I needed for my dog, Buddy Love. They set my appointment with ease they were very gentle with my dog. They discovered he had heartworms and they provided all the necessary medication so he can get better and as of this time he s back to his old self less than the day after the neuter operation. I am very very grateful and I would recommend the Kansas City Pet resource project to any and everyone thank you so much from Buddy Love and his parents.

I can t tell you how much you helped me to keep my dogs safe and healthy by providing an economical service for heartguard testing! Because of this, it is actually affordable and attainable for me to take my dogs YEARLY instead of whenever I can afford it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
