I have had nothing but great experiences with your organization except for this last visit. I was notified by email that my dog needed a checkup and when I arrived and checked in after waiting 45 minutes when they came out to get my dog they were going to give him another rabies shot which I find very disturbing. I know your organization provides a great service but someone needs to make sure this kind of things don t happen.

I only have one complaint. When I scheduled my pets appointment, I gave all of my info to the person at your facility via phone.Then I filled out the same info online and sent it in. I received another email with the same form which I filled out again ( this was the third time I had given this info.) When I arrived for the appointment, a rep from your organization called to tell me they were coming out to get my cat but she couldn’t find my info so I had to fill out the form again ( a fourth time).

Thank you for providing an opportunity to have affordable vaccines for our dogs. And having the Westlake Wednesdays, it was very convenient to only have to drive a few miles to Parkville then further south to the main office! The staff were so very kind and I knew our pups were in good hands! Thanks for a great experience!

We will not EVER come here again. The check in procedures are nothing short of an absolute nightmare. The outside staff was extremely rude, the way she handled our dog was horrific. She obviously Is not comfortable around dogs. The staff upon pick up did not take any time to explain or answer questions, it was just here are the papers and here is your pet.

both kittens pulled off their cones as soon as we got home. I tried to put it back on, but he pulled it off again. I m just monitoring the incision and at this point, they haven t messed with it.
