With the care and information I received before visit and after visit was great. I have 3 cats and a dog and I plan to bring them to your center after visit with kitty on the 13th. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the courtesy and professionalism of the young man at the guard station. He kept things moving in such a friendly and polite way.

We were sent home with only one of our cats paperwork and someone else s pet s paperwork. We were also sent home with one cat having a normal tattoo and the other cat having a one inch cut with glue everywhere. I would definitely not consider it a normal tattoo and no one bothered to let us know.

I’m so incredibly impressed with my experience. So many people there helped me ease through my new kitty processes. Wonderful care and she’s healing so well. Thank you all so much!

A lot of people bring there pet to receive the vaccine, staffs are super nice, nice place.

I’m personally thankful for everything you’ve done and continue to do in our community to help us all with our fur babies big and small especially now amid this Covid Pandemic I appreciate the way you’ve organized to keep everyone safe. Everyone’s lives matter????

You need to be better about realistic time expectations, my appointment was 8 am I got there at 7:55 and my dog was not picked up from my car until 8:30 I got a text she was fine and went to pick her up, sent a text like the sheet said at 10:40, no one came out for 40 minutes so I called and they said that was a mistake and they would be right out, but then I waited another 20 minutes before anyone came out

I have appreciated your services for years but this year was even better. I hate to say it but COVID has pushed your services over the edge in a good way. It was safe, fast and appreciated.

They took great care of my cat! He wasn’t doing so well after anesthesia and I got texts throughout the whole process and recovery ensuring me everyone would stay late until my boy was safe to come home. If I could give them 6 stars I definitely would!
