We had our German Shepherd neutered here. We chose to have blood work done pre surgery , annual shots, nails clipped , and extra pain medication. The cost was less than half of what our vet clinic cost ( I checked). The service was very good. They patiently answered all our questions . Years ago we had our Wheaton spayed here and in the future will return. Again. A great resource to our community!!!

My dog is struggling to recover for the amount of sedative that was administered to him without my consent, he also now has a limp on his back by his hind quarters. You all administered 2 additional sedative injections to him after the initial one and did not contact me, and were about to administer a 4th as the person who was designated to pick him up showed up to the location, and was able to intervene. His paw with the broken nail was not bandaged nor cleaned up, and when picking him up, he was laying in blood and urine. He was only brought in for his shots. ??

I made an appointment, and still waited well over an hour for my dog to be seen. I’m just not sure what the point of making an appointment is, if it will not in any differentiate me from walk ins. With the current system there is no real way to track who actually arrived first, since you only call once you are in the front of your lane. I watched as several others were helped before me (even though they arrived well after me). I apparently picked the wrong lane, and the car in front of me took an extended amount of time, so it took awhile for me to be helped. Maybe there should be a way for you to call and set your place in line once you arrive? I guess I learned there is really no point in making an appointment, so I will no longer do so.

I know its super busy at your facility. And I m not mad about the wait for my animals to get dropped off or picked up. My only problem was that the insert to my carrier was forgotten because one of the cats had an accident and It was removed and set aside. The facility is a 35 min drive from my house so having to waste another hour of my time to drive back and pick this item up was exhausting. My only suggestion is to come up with a better way to not lose people s inserts or to tell owners to remove the inserts before coming to an appt so they dont get lost of forgotten.

My pet got excellent care and I experienced a friendly interaction and it was a great value for a person trying to survive on unemployment. Once I get back to work I plan to make a donation and will continue coming to this clinic.

For the third time in a row, we arrived early but waited over an hour for our pet to be seen. It is unbelievable that the scheduling has not been fixed. You absolutely need to schedule less customers if you can’t see customers who have booked an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. We are happy to pay a higher price to go see a veterinarian when we have so much time taken for a simple puppy booster (The shots always take less than five minutes and the staff are nice. I feel terrible for them that they have to bear the brunt of poor professionalism in the scheduling process).

Quick service and really nice personnel! I would just suggest to have the waiting chair that are in the front also somewhere where the sun doesn t get to them in the afternoon, had to wait a bit in there around 2pm since I don t have a car and was pretty hot with the sun on me. Other than that you guys are great!

I want to thank the pet project for helping me out- not only for helping me with a friendly feral cat. But also with the other 2 feral boys. All 3 of these cats were caught in the Covid19 shut down- And domesticating 3 feral cats is not an easy task- Both the boys were treated with excellent care- with your weekend drop off weekend service. Both did great- and did not have any problems with returning to domesticating them. And as for my little girl- part of the feral situation- well she is just fine- and doing well. thank you pet project for your amazing service. Without you- these wild kittens would not of gotten the health care they deserved- and needed.

There was a very long and frustrating wait with trying to contact the same number as the other lanes calling in at the same time, i understood there were only two people to answer the phone. Perhaps, the clinic may have one volunteer be outside to collect the numbers of those who become the first in the lanes and create an order or timeline for the cars. I witnessed alot of people becoming very frustrated and aggravated towards the volunteers having to call the number dozens and dozens of times just to check in . It may also speed up the process for the clinic inside and cause a more stressless environment! Other than that, great job!!

Seemed disorganized on this visit. I arrived before 10. Called in at 10. Someone came out to talk to me and then nothing. Called in at 10:20 and things began to be normal. It was about 10:40 before done for a 10:00 appointment.

My appointment was at 10:25 am. I was there at 9:40. Waited an hour in the parking lot before getting to the front of the line. Tried calling the number for 30 additional minutes and could never even get through. I just drove off. I have an appt at a regular vet next week for the EXACT same vaccinations and their price WITHOUT the hassle is $10 less than yours. I won t be back.

I was very frustrated and disappointed with this visit. I had a 10 AM appointment (along with others) but as I waited my turn, a car that was behind me was taken care of before me, and a car that pulled into the space beside me told me they had an appointment for 10:30, yet they were taken care of at 10:20, while I was still waiting. I had called as soon as I got to the front of my line, yet others were taken care of first. Then, I was given incorrect paperwork. The paperwork issue was easily corrected with a phone call the next morning (thanks to Anna). I know things can go haywire when you all are doing so much to help so many, so I m not complaining - just venting! Thanks for listening!
