I m not sure if my selection on the stars were collected or not since then didn t change colors but I give your staff 5 stars on all aspects. Your clinic was truly a God send as it saved me around $400.00 over what my vet would have charged. As a retired person I didn t have that kind of money to spare so your clinic took away a lot of my stress. I would like to be notified of any other clinics you may have in the future so that I can keep my pets up to date on their shots but also so I can notify family and friends so that can also bring their pets to you. Do you do spay or neuter at these types of clinics and what w3oulod be the cost? Thank you again for youor wonderful services.

The young man handling the check in booth both times I went (for LB & for MK) was very professional, friendly and helpful. I don t see well anymore so I really appreciated that. LB is healing beautifully & gets his cone off Friday -- MK totally forgot he even got shots within a few minutes of the event. Thank you!!!

I m so impressed by your facility, service and staff. In these times of COVID establishing with a new vet was scary. But with 2 male cats and the teenager not yet neutered, establishing the vet relationship for LB was urgent. Thank you for helping me overcome my own anxiety, helping LB lose the roid rage and helping MK get current again. The vet we ve used since 2006 still hasn t even called me back after 5 voicemails trying to find out just how to schedule. I m so glad we moved to you. We are customers for life!

Everone was outstanding, the phone lady was so nice and patient, she was amazing, dk curly hair, young dang, im so bad with nsmes. The man at the booth was so caring king pleasant and peofessional, the lady that brought put my pets was so explanatory regarding what went on with my pets. Extremely pleased, excellent facility all the way around!!!!! Great job!!!!! The city should be so proud of such an outstanding service!

I took in my families 6 dogs to your mobile curbside appointment and they were very friendly and treated my dogs with love and compassion and was done in no time and I didn t even have to fight with all 6 dogs tangeling their leashes they came to my car and took one dog at a time. So much appreciate your services.

This doesn t really fit in with the questions, but I had an appointment and still had to wait about 45 minutes after I arrived to have someone bring my dog inside. Also, the cost of the Advantage Mutli was not made clear over the phone when I called. It became much more expensive. That said, your clinic is clean; your staff is well informed; and everyone was professional and friendly.

I think mobile vaccinations were the best thing possible. Being a new mom to a week old during this Covid time it made my life easier and it was faster and the people were just sooo kind! My only suggestion would be trying to fix glitches from emails being sent that weren’t accurate for times.

Even though there was a mixup with our address they made sure to still come by to get my puppy his shots.

I love this place but the only thing i would change is to maybe figure out timing. Last time i waited an entire after my dogs appt and I had other things to do. I understand things happen and people get behind. But i feel this happens alot . I end up waiting 30plus minutes. Maybe because its certain days. But i just didnt like that i had to wait an hour after her appt for her to be seen. Other than that i love how quick they are after she is seen and how pleasant and nice they always are. I think thats why its not something i will be upset about because everything else outweighs the timing issue.
