Our dog has car, new dog, and new people anxiety. He is 88 pounds and hard to maneuver when he is anxious. We tried calling and emailing multiple times to get medication prior to his appointment and we could not reach anyone. It would be really helpful to have had someone follow up with us to coordinate how we could have picked those up. Otherwise a really great experience, really helpful savings on vet care, and we appreciate everything you do!

When making the appointment and when waiting in line I mentioned to customerservice that one of my cats had an allergic reaction to vaccines last time she had them and requested to go inside with my cat, I was told it s not recommended since there are other animals and they would not be liable. After noticing my cats bleeding stool, I immediately called the center and they were closed, called back the next morning and stated they were full, with no sense of urgency. Needless to say, this was our 2nd and last visit. Fortunately, due to this pet scare, I have found a great veterinarian for my cats health needs.

This made keeping a kitten I found in my lawn mower a much easier decision. I did not want to keep her if I could not have her spayed and vaccinated. The process was so easy including online appointment, getting assistance with cost, dropping off and picking up. The staff were amazing and seemed so happy to be there. Would absolutely recommend to others and have done so as well as, asked friends to donate to the organization. Thank you so much!

Fast and friendly

I signed up and requested the basic dog and cat pkg. and pet license . I get the paper work and they give me Advantage stuff, My pets have gotten there flea and tick meds on the first of every month. I did not request this but got charged for it anyway , I will be posting this on google as well. I am on a very fixed income of 756.00 a month and it is hard to get the basics let alone the extras espcially at 20.00 for each pet . That is robery

I am really happy that i was able to receive some help paying for not one, but 2 of my dogs to get them spayed. I am so happy about having the financial help especially. Everything went smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend if anybody needed to get their pets fixed

In the past, I have had an excellent experience here. This time was awful. My dogs went in 1 at a time in the past and it was quick and easy. This time we waited over an hour in the heat, we turned the engine off & rolled the windows down & someone’s smoke next to us was making me sick. Then, they took both dogs in at the same time so that they would see each other distressed, brought one back to the car at a time and one had blood all over him that they could not explain & the other had a patch of pink raw skin. The shots did not get done. I took two syringes of bordetella with me & they said they were crediting me back for the rest since I said we weren’t coming back. I still hope for the $100 credit, since $40 was still being charged for the bordetella syringes to do at home. It’s only been a few days but I don’t see a credit pending so we will see what happens with that. I still will recommend you guys but I think your staff used to be much more qualified/competent and I think from a common sense aspect, it has gone down hill with how things are handled. I would rather pay 3 times the price to take my dogs to their vet where they can wait calmly with me in an air conditioned room until the vet and team are ready for them, ONE at a time. These are rescues, a bonded pair, brother & sister. They definitely should not have been taken both at once where they could each see the other one in distress, it was obviously very traumatizing for them.

Please double check cat tattoos. Both my girls were fixed September 25th and their tattoos were just green glue... no cut or even mark that they were tattooed.

The entire process, from check in to pick up, was very smooth. All staff was friendly, and made sure to ask if I had any questions when done. Pricing for neuter services is very good, and helps me do my part to control the community cat population

Great service, friendly staff, everyone goes above and beyond. I think the urgent care side needs some changes with scheduling appointments but even though I got there late and the slots were filled for the day,your team worked hard to make sure my pet was seen under special circumstances. There was no way to speak to someone on the phone. So we were stuck trying to communicate via email. I tried to convey that our cat becomes aggressive. I couldn’t get my cat to take the sedation medication the night prior and we did get him to take it the day of. It didn’t work on him til much later. We sat in the drive thru for a while and I can appreciate the service you provide to people who may not be able to afford Vet services, but the young woman who came out to our car had a negative tone, was rude and impatient. Communication could have included what to do, if we needed to accompany the pet, what the process is. Her unprofessionslism and judgement was uncalled for. We will go elsewhere.

Volunteers need to know more about where customers should go for drop off and pick up. I waited over an hour in line when I should’ve gone in to pick up my pet.
