It was a perfect visit. Everyone was kind, professional, helpful, and the assistance I got for my dogs vaccinations was invaluable. My dog wasn t quite as grateful, he didn t feel good the next day. But it s for the best. Thank you so much.

Great experience with your group - only issue is that you can’t just speak to someone on the phone as opposed to communication essentially limited to email. I know that no one wants to speak to anyone, but it really is an efficient way to just get things done - questions about services, setting appointments, etc.

Though the drop off/pick up process did take some time, it was all handled so efficiently! I truly felt like staff cared about my pets and I received clear information regarding after surgery care. I will certainly recommend Pet Resource center to anyone looking for care for their animals.

The only negative to the process was the drop off wait time. The appt was for 8:15am and he wasn t taken in until almost 10:20am which was unexpected when I was supposed to be at work at 9am. Should be warned of possible long wait times ahead of time.

Despite how incredibly busy you are, I am impressed with how organized and friendly everyone is. I wish you had a larger parking lot, but that is not a complaint; it is just an observation that might make things a bit easier for everyone. Keep up the great work. You are ALL appreciated!

Our family has been using your services for nearly 20 year s. And it has been an absolute pleasure, privilege and blessing each and everytime. I always felt so wonderful when I was able to pay it forward and now being on the opposite end and needing assistance I absolutely cannot express my gratitude for all the staff, volunteers and other s who now pay it forward. The collective organization allows mine & other familes to help adopt & love the neglected bully breeds, so often mislabeled. So again many thanks & love.

You guys did an awesome job. The staff was very kind to me as well as to my pets. It took a while, but it was well worth the time it took for the care that they received. Being on a fixed, I was able to save quite a bit of money, so my time was well time. Blessings see you next year. Sharon Coots

I felt bad for the team when their table papers and signs kept blowing away in the wind. Thankfully us pet owners did try to catch as many as we could when it happened but definitely wish a better setup for them. Otherwise, great as always and appreciate the low cost care to keep them healthy!

We really enjoyed our interactions with your service. The worst part of it was having to wait in line for an hour and a half to drop off our dog to be spayed. However, we were warned that it could take a long time and I d say it was worth it to be able to get quality care at an affordable cost. We were also amazed at how quickly they finished!
