The staff was great even with 2 tornado warning sirens twice within an hour. They made sure we sheltered in the hallway with our pets by the 2 restrooms, inside both restrooms & another room nearby. They were calm, quick, efficient & made sure we were all taken care of safely. They let people leave when they needed to whether they kept their veterinarian appointments or not. They even guided traffic well so the cars would exit when we were done and ready to leave.

Everyone goes above and beyond. Thats a rarity these days. I recommend you to Everyone. And am so appreciative of all u do for me and my babies. Thank u all from the bottom of my heart. Please keep doing what ur doing.

The young man working the check-in booth was doing an amazing job of managing the traffic flow and making sure that the car that cut the line was identified and handled properly.

I had made an appointment but the man at the kiosk didn’t have a record of it. Luckily, I had saved the confirmation on my phone. It didn’t seem to matter that I had an appointment, because it appeared clients were taken in order of arrival, At the same time, perhaps everyone there had an appointment. I am wondering how a veterinarian can do a well exam, and the staff can given 3 injections and do a blood draw in less than 5 minutes. I usually do not do a $75 wellness exam, but because Mazy is older (7), I thought it was a good idea. Is it possible to include information on what the veterinarian checks and include that information in the report? Have you considered offering the 3 year rabies vaccine? Every staff member Ive had contact with is so caring, pleasant and efficient. Your agency has been an incredible gift to the community. Thank you so very much.

It took 3 weeks of emails because you don t answer the. Phone to set appts for 2 dogs. Overcharged $400. 2 hour wait to drop off and another 2 to pick up. Now I get to work on Saturday. YEAH ME! The volunteers need better training. The products are so much cheaper online 50%.

My dog was misdiagnosed at urgent care, had they done an X-ray, they would have been able to treat his illness. And seen his enlarged heart,that kind of was concerning and discouraging.

Highest praise for taking such good care of my old Ginger cat. The dental surgery has healed up nicely as far as I can tell and she is back to her happy self!

I would like to thank everyone that was involved in helping my dog(Shadow) feel safe and secure during her surgery. I had my appointment the day of the tornadoes and the staff was organized and helpful as we had to enter twice for shelter due to sirens and while we endured it as pet owners the staff was kind and understanding and made it as smooth as possible while they handled everything! Kudos to everyone!!
