Staff were very professional, even when other customers were being impatient. Despite the website stating wait times could be long, we were still surprised at how long it would take to drop off and pick up, and how early we should arrive for our appointment. Staff seemed to go above and beyond caring for our dog and sent her home with a stuffy that she has loved laying with in her kennel during recovery. After struggling to find a place to spay our dog for under $400, we were so pleased to find this resource and were so happy with the care we received. Thank you!!

There should be a warning for the appointment wait time being an hour, not the appointment TAKING an hour. My partner who took our cat in had to wait a whole hour before he was seen, plus we added a fecal test and it’s been a full week and we still haven’t heard anything back. There needs to be proper communication on how we’ll access the results.

Dropping off and picking up pets is convoluted and I didn t know to expect it when I arrived for my 7:30 am appt at 7:10 am and had to wait 20 mins in line before I even got to the lot attendant to check in. There has to be a better way and I didn t understand (and I wasn t the only one) that it would take that long to both drop off and pick up my pet. Even signage or detailed directions in the drop off (arrive so many minutes early, if there s a line, here s how to queue up, etc.)

Everyone was very nice! I am not sure what their names were but the two girls we spoke to at the front desk, one had red hair and the other dark brown, both very sweet!

Thanks for the services you provide. The buying up of veterinarian clinics by VC s has caused prices to rise so much that people have to make heartbreaking decisions about the health and care of their pets and your services definitely help alleviate that, so thank you.

Amazing staff!!!

I really appreciate the availability of appointments and the care we received. I m thankful to have a lost cost care option close to me. My only suggestion would be to call more attention to the possible wait times when dropping off/picking up. I fully understand that you care for hundreds of pets, I just wasn t prepared to be in line for an hour to drop off that morning. I totally get why, I just wish I would have known what to expect.

Aside from the lady that called me to check us in, who was incredibly rude/condescending and then HUNG UP on me. Everyone was very nice and efficient. I am incredibly grateful for their help in ensuring the puppies we rescued received adequate care.

Except for the pick-up time delay, we can not say enough for your services and organization. Everyone was polite, professional and well trained in their job. If anyone expects fancy facilities they should spend the extra $500-$750 and go elsewhere. Although our Rocky went thru a traumatic surgery, he was treated with Love and respect and is doing well. Love the way pull up in your car to drop off and pick up your pet. It was great!

I was surprised and upset to learn that my dog was microchipped without my consent during his dental cleaning, even if it was offered for free.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable maybe need to improve the pick up line bc it took us an hr and a half to pick up my kitties after being spayed, other than that very organized.

I wish I would have known that this was only the first appointment and only a brief dental exam and that my dog will have to wait a whole month longer (with dental issues) I had the money ready for this appointment….. But as usual I’m very grateful for Pet Respurce Center!!!!!!!

Everything was great. The only problem I had was that I entered Nolla‘s information in as her species was a Siamese, but in her record, it says that she’s a domestic shorthair and if you look at her, you can obviously see that she is a Siamese. The other thing was, I actually put her birthdate on top of her carrier as April 20, 2022 and it was entered into her file as June 20, 2022. I only want her file to be corrected if that wouldn’t be too much issue.

Your staff was Awesome! From the guard booth to the staff who handled the animals. I was also surprised how smooth the vehicle traffic was handled and the quickness of getting my animals an appointment for sterilization! Thanks so much!!!
