This was my first time to find out about your place. I brought my Shelby in to be spayed and I know she was really scared and I can tell she was well taken care of while she was there. Thank you for making her a number one priority while she was there.

I could never thank this place enough for the quality care we got for our three pups. Our dogs are not used to being outside of the house, walking on a leash, or being around new people, but the staff did great at making sure they were taken care of and comfortable. We have already recommended it to a couple friends to show our support and plan on donating in the near future to help the people that helped us!

When all my other pets were spayed and neutered there they were microchipped no one told me if this time button was microchipped or not

I was pleased with everything except this: when I picked up my pet, she instructed me to keep the collar on her for 10-14 days. I looked at my cat in the carrier and didn t see a collar. She assured me there was one in the carrier. There was not, so when I got home, I had to leave my cat and go back out in the rain and purchase one. But thanks for everything else!

The Petsource staff were very patient, polite & gentle with my pet as well as other pets that surround me very quick & understanding staff members. Love the experience thank you for your support & service.??

We waited for an hour and a half past our apt time. The people getting the dogs from cars skipped over us and even got dogs in cars of people who were behind us. We were asked to move under the tree because of this so they could get out but no one else had been asked to do that. We felt like we were being skipped over. I am poor and appreciate your low cost vaccines but left not happy.

My appointment was for 10:55am for 1 single shot for heart work prevention. I arrived at 10:40am and checked in. I then sat in my car for over an hour before anyone saw me. Then I was called on my phone and told they are calling to check me in. Which clearly I had already done. The woman on the phone e had no clue what my dog was having done even though the computer was right in front of her I imagine. She asked me what I was getting done as if it doesn’t show her on the appointment I made online. 20 minutes later they come and get my dog. When they return her to my car, I’m asked to hold on while the paperwork is brought out to me. 20 minutes later they bring me a receipt. Time is valuable. And a lot of mine was wasted. I need your org to do better going forward.

I really appreciate the affordability of this place. I always donate a little extra because I m able to. I have always had a great experience here. I experience vas-vagal around needles so I feel safer that I m able to stay in my car while my dog gets her shots and I know that her and I are both healthy.

Yall are the best!! First time going and beyond my expectations!
