I have a dog that is anxious and reactive to other dogs so I was nervous bringing him in. Luckily there was only one other dog there when I arrived, but the staff was so friendly and helped direct me to the back waiting area and reassured me that we could be kept separate from others. That really calmed my nerves and I know it calmed my dog too! I bring both of my dogs to Spay and Neuter and recommend them to all my dog owner friends! Thank you for being so understanding and helpful!!!

My experience was great! The person that came out to speak with me was friendly and knowledgeable, but I feel that the person who took my pet to the room for treatments had an attitude of annoyance. Everyone else was wonderful!

I have used the clinic for seven feral cats I have trapped. You recent change in policy is presenting some problems for me. When dealing with feral cats that only come by once in a while I have no way of establishing a pattern for trapping so I can meet your reservation requirement. Please consider establishing a two or three day window for quick turnaround novice trappers so we can continue our attempts of population control. Thanks for Listening.

I brought a kitten in to get kitten boosters. She was given to me my my neighbor whose dogs killed my other cat. I couldn’t afford to get another spay and shots. My only suggestion would be that you space your free clinics out 3 weeks instead of 2 so that someone can get the vaccines in a timely manner for the free spay.

Maybe 10 to 14 days is too long for the ecollar for a cat spay.
