upon check out for my puppy s booster shot I was told my dog needs a heartworm test. Had I known, I would have taken care of it at that visit. I would have appreciated knowing it up front. perhaps there is a way to review and advise on the front end of the visit?

Idk if it was because we came on a weekend, but a 2+ hour wait is unrealistic for most people. I get it, there s a balance between efficiency and profitability, but it seemed a little skewed Saturday.

It was hard to hear numbers being called with the noise of the dogs barking and people talking. Maybe a video board would be nice?? Other than that it was a nice facility and the faculty was nice to work with.

Everything went great and the staff took care of my dog with care and compassion. One suggestion would be to advise those who have never been to your facility that parking is tight and that there is an overflow lot as well. Other than that, no other concerns! Thank you!

Everyone was very nice and helpful,my little Yourkie had a reaction to the shots and wasant able to,walk for 3 days, because of a bad hind leg more care should have been taken when adminstering the injection.

Milo is naturally very nervous and scared. Your staff kept her at ease, and her incision is healing so well so quickly! She doesnt seem to be in much pain, and we were both treated very well! I will be back with our cats!
