The customer service wasn t there. While it wasn t unpleasant, I just felt like another number in the que waiting to be served. If that isn t what you were going for that is an area of opportunity. If that doesn t matter then cool. No harm, no foul. Thanks

I call first and the phone lady was super kind, she answered my questions, then I got there I was welcomed to the respective area I need it to be. Everyone there was very friendly

We had very nice people help us and I felt very confident about leaving my pet there. We even found out that our cat was a girl after 4 months of thinking it was a boy! The only semi negative thing I can say is that the person who helped us when went to go pick up our cat wasn’t as friendly. It was a very easy process that was well organized and I was confident my cat was getting very good treatment.

Amanda Ambrose helped with scheduling for our cats services. I was pretty difficult to get ahold of due to illness, and she made sure to use every avenue to reach me, and was very helpful with figuring out what services I was wanting. A very polite and personable asset to snkc! I didn t bring my cat in for the services, I had someone else take him in since I was still recovering, so unfortunately I can t attest to some of the survey personally. However, Amanda made sure that I will remain a customer for any services they provide that I might require for my pets in the future!

I gave 5 stars in everything but can’t tell that it documented it. We’ve spay other neutered four pets and will continue to use you and send others there.

You guys were very safe and welcoming to the patients and owners. I would suggest telling owners that there are organizations in the community that can cover their spay and neuter costs and to tell this to other friends who might be unsure or unable to spay and neuter

There needs to be more signs when you first walk in to let you know where to drop off and pick up your pet. The information was very high up and not obvious to see. The first thing you see when you walk in the door is the front desk so you assume that is where you go first.

I came in because I received the e-mail offering a $10 discount for receiving the heartworm check before due date, but it only applies if you get the bundle, while the remaining fragments of the bundle were not due for another 6 months. It is a self-defeating proposition, and it was a waste of time and effort for me to come in with my dog for nothing. Fortunately, that member of your staff realized I didn’t need the bundle yet and saved me from wasting my money as well.

You guys were excellent at responding to voicemail in a timely manner which is not something I found at other similar clinics. I drove further and was willing to pay a little more to deal with more professional volunteers.
