I have been bringing my dogs to Spay and Neuter KC for 4 years now. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, professional, and they provide great service!

They were very friendly, organized and affordable! It’s obvious that they care about animals! Great job!

The only issue I had was timing, we were there a very long time for puppy booster shots and that was hard with a puppy and needing to get back to work! But that is all, other than that the spaces were clean and a friendly environment.

Wait time was incredibly long. Two and a half hours is entirely too long. I really enjoyed everything but that. There were multiple times where I was just going to get up and walk out. It was an absolute must for my situation that I had to get shots and a health certificate for my dog to travel. If not I would have definitely left. Even with having long wait times if someone would have kept clients abreast of the situation it would have been an easier pill to swallow. I will recommend you to people but will also let them know of the wait times.

The absolute friendliest staff ever. We were greeted promptly and our little meatball was taken care of and ready to go home well before expected!

Your staff was judgemental of my dog American Bully whom was not barking or lunging but other dogs were lunging at my dog , but yet your staff put a damn border around me and my dog who is none aggressive and very friendly , makes me not want to bring my dogs back or donate , the dogs from other breeds should have been bordered and I was quite embarrassed and judged .....

All of the staff are so friendly, and very understanding of pets and their behaviors. For coming in on a Saturday morning, I felt like I didn t wait too long, which is definitely a bonus because sometimes walk in clinics get extraordinarily busy since everyone is off work. I feel like the staff treat my pets and me with respect and kindness every visit. I don t plan on taking my pets anywhere else!

I really like this p,ace and everyone is so helpful and friendly I wouldn t take Jr anywhere else but this last time it smelled, I know it is hard when you have animals in and out but the 2 previous ti es it did not smell as bad. But overall I love the place and everything you are doing!

Very clean, VERY noisy. I know it can t be helped, but much more stressful for the feral cats being brought in. Separate cat entrance? Admittance was great at explaining new procedures. So glad your services are available. We absolutely couldn t afford this at the prices our full service vet charges. Thanks.

Helen was so afraid of everything when I brought her in. You gave me back a kitty that has a sudden courage. She didn’t seem to need any pain meds. She wasn’t crying at all. In fact, once she knew she was home, she came out from under the bed, and I got love I’ve never received from this particular kitty. She was purring to beat the band. It was wonderful. The price, customer service and process is excellent. My ONLY complaint is the smell. It smells like 100 tom cats are let loose to spray all over the building because it smells like straight cat piss. That spraying cat the boss likes needs a new home because each visit the smell is worse. Hence the candle burning at the front desk.

They were very organized. The staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel at ease and took great care of my dog.
