I appreciate all the outstanding communication this facility has from the beginning to end, we need more facilities like this one they go above and beyond. Deffentally will be back for our yearly shots for my furbabies and future spay and neuter as needed. To give more individualized attention, I would highly suggest going over receipts and paperwork given to customers about their pets.

I was unable to make the appt Wednesday because of weather. I chose the Express route and prepaid $100 for George Clooney to be neutered. I realize I owe $50 extra now because of the missed appt. I came in Wed 1/22 to drop off for Sx! It was day of snow storm. I left very early to make sure I was on time! I got there early 7:05 or 7:10 am! I saw open sign & did not realize it wasn t light! Employee came to door & stated they don t open til 7:30. I total respect your hours but I really needed to use Restroom because of drive & drank a large amount of water! I asked to use restroom & I would leave! I was told we don t open til 7:30! I was Extremely uncomfortable & unsure if I would make it! Rest of visit staff very friendly! I brought in Stray cat for neuter & when I picked up cat they said he had slight bleeding & he would be fine! I got home & was devastated about how swollen the scrotum was with blood clots and bruising around the area! The cat was very uncomfortable! Was also told that the cat was FIV positive which was very upsetting! Was trying to do a good thing to help out stray cat & was told 2 Bombshells! It would be nice if you had a room that person could have a discussion instead of having at the front desk to be more personal. Your organization has been very Helpful to me in helping stray animals! It s prices are Great so that animals can get good preventative care!

My female cat was spayed. She did not get a nail trim nor was there a green tattoo on her belly. Other that that everything was great!

I had a letter to get $10 off if I came in by the 15th which I did———that 10 means a lot as I live on a fixed income——-it would e been nice to get the discount I was lromised—-which I brought in my letter but didn’t get the discount....... I was glad you had an area for pets to be quiet who get excited and bark (like my sarah Bee does)..... that was nice...... but I would like the 10 rebate it could help me a lot....... I made a concerted effort to get in by the 15th and gave the lady at the desk the letter that I printed!!!

The only thing that was frustrating was calling to make an appointment and not getting a returned call or a returned call after completing the information online to schedule a call which said a call would be returned in 48 hours. Scheduling the appointment took us 4 days and each day of us reaching out.
