My cat deaf and not a good traveler. I ve had trouble in the past getting someone who could give him his yearly shots. But, they did it!

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and overall positive attitude I felt when I went to the spay and neuter clinic of Kansas City. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone who’s needing their services. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly and answered everyone of my questions and took a great deal of care for my cat. I took a kitten in, who found me and my brother. I thought the kitten was a male, but the vet,who gave the shots told me that Tom was a female.Everyone is very friendly.

Staff is always welcoming. Always answering any questions you may have, they never seem like they don t want to be there to help you.

I took in a stray and was trying to get her up-to-date with everything. I visited Great Plains, my local vet and the Humane Society- all which didn t help in a certain way. Your facility was very informative and costs were great considering we were just trying to help a stray cat. Thank you for what you are doing. We will certainly keep you in mind for our needs plus future donations.

Everyone was great and took good care of my babies! The process was easy for drop off and pick up which helped A LOT to still make it to and from work. And I REALLY appreciate assistance with the financial side since my finances are tight but this was extremely important to get done! Once my finances lighten up I have full intentions of giving back to help out others! Thanks, keep up the awesome work!!

When I first called in to inquire about prices on vaccinations & neutering, the person that answered the phone said that each were $20. I was surprised to find out when I got there this past Wednesday that the price was $25 each. So just a little bit more education is required of the operators.

The wait time (over 2 1/2 hours) was horrible considering we were the only ones there for wellness. I realize to save and receive low cost vaccinations can come wirh a wait but this was ridiculous. If the staff hadn’t been so kind, friendly, and apologetic we would have left.

Given that my foster 50 pound dog was pregnant without my knowledge at the time of surgery and there were still no complications, I am highly impressed by SNKC. My dog s recovery has been manageable and without issues. The staff was fantastically helpful and I would certainly bring any other pets here. The only reason I gave the appearances of the facility a 3-star review is due to location, not cleanliness or anything practically worrisome.

So glad your business is here to help animals and their owners. Very professional and courteous employees.
