I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and how quickly my pets were seen. The only thing I noticed that was a bit off putting was a really strong smell of cat urine. I almost asked if we could wait outside. Other than that it was a very good experience and would definitely come back!

The staff was great and my dogs incision is healing very nicely. The only issue we had was the smell of urine inside the clinic. Made it very difficult to breath but I understand dogs and cats are very nervous being dropped off in a strange place and accidents happen.

We called twice, once to get a quote then second to set up the appointment. Both times we were given a different quote which seemed weird. The smell hits you as you as you walk in, especially if you don’t own cats. It’s hard to breath. However, everyone is super kind and very knowledgeable. They took care of my puppy and he’s healing very well!

I just have a question. Why leave the sack still on the male dogs? I have never seen it don that way. So just curious.

Thank you for offering low cost vaccination options for dogs. After falling on hard times the past few months we were stressed about updating our dogs shots and getting flea and heart worm medication for her. Your staff and facility were great!

This was our first visit to Spay & Neuter KC. I was pleasantly surprised how well organized everything was. We were especially grateful for the back waiting room where there were very few dogs. Thank You!!

I recommend SNKC all the time. I would financially support an intercom system with a digital number system integrated in all three areas of the building. You know, we sit everywhere. The intercom would need to be set at a pitch that would not set the dogs off. I just think a digital number system and intercom would make thing run more smoothly on Saturdays.
