I was not happy about how deep the incision was for the “green line tattoo”. I was not pleased that it took days for a response for my concern. I feel that the “tattoo” should be an option not an obligation, as my puppy will always remain in my care.

My kitten s tattoo turned into a giant gouge in her tummy. Which is kind of scary, but your staff and service s are amazing. We will likely be in Monday to have it checked out.

I came in for my cat’s vaccinations and had a 90 minute wait. Waiting area wasn’t half full, lots of staff in office. Not sure why the wait was so long for something that required 10 minutes.

I came in to get booster shots for my puppy. Although there were far fewer people waiting for their pets to be seen it took almost two hours. The two people ahead of me left as they couldn’t wait any longer. Still I highly recommend your establishment. Very nice people !

The unhygienic appearance of some of the staff members makes it hard to believe that the rest of the clinic and staff members are clean and using sterile equipment. Also, I don t like that I m not allowed in the room with my pet. It makes it stressful for my pets and how am I supposed to know they are receiving the services I m paying for and know that my pets are being treated kindly. It s a very impersonal experience for the customer as well.

Check in was a little slow but other than that we have been very pleased.

Everyone was so informative and efficient! There was a line with at least 8-9 people in front of me for surgery and i was in the clinic max 25 mins for check in and payment. A great set up and everyone was friendly!

Not sure if I did stars rite so I want to say five stars all this was great place we so much appreciate the help we got are self in fix here and did not no what to do we needed the help thank you now I need to learn how to cook there food cheaper lol thank you again we be back

A couple days after my kitten was spayed, she managed to get the cone off, and I couldn t get it back on her. But she seems to be ok...

We have been coming for years for annual vaccinations, and you guys are always our first stop when taking in a rescue. Never had an incident until this year. This time when when we brought our cats for their vaccinations a dog was brought into the same room as our cats while they received their shots. This caused a lot of extra stress for our animals and our older cat peed herself. It was really uncomfortable to see how distressed having the dog there made the situation. I know you guys are crazy busy especially during clinic walk-ins on Saturday, but I really think the cats and dogs should be treated separately. Other than this, you guys always do a fantastic job. We really appreciate the services you provide.

I think that the recommendation of keeping the cat most of the day in the cat carrier for ten days is excessive. Our cat is a stray we have had for two weeks. She was traumatized most by the cone. She is a very nice cat. I think her recovery would be jeopardized if she was contained for most of the day. She has been sleeping and being careful how she eats and moves outside the carrier. We are supervising her movements. I want her to be willing to go into the carrier after she has recovered. If she were kept trapped in there she most likly would fight going into it. She is an inside cat now. If she were an outside cat i can understand a little more confinement perhaps.
