Spay and nuter Kc went out of their way to assist me after Mojo s heart worm test came back positive. They also were very accommodating of his behavioral needs.

Been going there since my dogs were pups. Excellent service.

I was told that my pup had a heart murmur.... a 2/3 on scale of 6. She was a few days shy of 8 months old and had NEVER heard this before and she has seen our primary Vet, several times. This was obviously a great concern especially if it is to serious for her spay to go forward. I immediately contacted my vet and explained what happened, he was not going to be in the office until late in the day but urged me to bring her right in and they would all take a listen as he had never heard any sort of murmur with her. I had 2 vets (including my vet of 12 years) nobody heard anything wrong with her heart. I dont understand what happened if she was confused with another dog, but it caused me great worry for the day! I like alot of you treat and think of my dogs as my babies and for me to think something was wrong well it is earth shattering. I only hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I have always had a good experience this last visit wasnt the best. I asked for both dogs to have nails trimmed, neither was done but they tried to charge me. It was a much longer wait, seemed unorganized this time, I waited over 30 minutes to check out. I m hoping it was just an off day.

I have had only good, knowledgeable, positive, and friendly experiences with Spay and Neuter Kansas City, and have already been recommending the wonderful services to others, and will definitely continue to do so.

Just on the shear volume of pets coming through your facility, I wonder if the quality is as good as it should be in the operating room. I m sure you try, but it concerns me.

Even though I no longer am in financial need of your services, I still bring my pet to you and your professionals. I am a firm believer in your mission and trust your staff implicitly with the health, well-being, and happiness of my fuzzy friend. Albeit a no frills service, it is the most efficient and least traumatic to my pet of any I have experienced.

Could not have been more please. All interactions with staff were wonderful. I had my hands full with a toddler, infant in a stroller and a dog that had no interest in walking into the clinic - a staff member came and helped be just after I got in the door. It was much appreciated.

I love this place and all the nice people working there. This past appointment was for Minkka, but I brought ZZ to becuse I was told that if she got bigger she d need to be weighed to determine her flea dosage. I asked if they could trim her nails while she was in there, but I was told they don t do that on Saturdays. I have only brought them on Saturdays before and their nails were trimmed every time. They did t even trim Minkka s and she had her shots! Other than that, I was very pleased as usual.

I am grateful you provide such a fantastic service. It meant a great deal to us. However I felt as though we were just a number because the front desk person recited her information as though it had been memorized and spoke so fast she was very difficult to understand. I am also concerned that our dog was returned to us bleeding because someone had trimmed his nails too short -were they rushing through their job or were they just not careful. I also wonder how long he had been bleeding before it was caught. My final concern has to do with medication. We asked for something to keep him calm and we were told you do not prescribe this med. Is that not a part making him more comfortable. He also has what appears to be a razor rash on his private areas. We were not told how to make him more comfortable. Again was someone rushing through their job or just not taking time to treat my pet with diginity and care.

The clinic was not busy when I arrived so my visit was quick and friendly. I only wish I could go back with my dog when he was vaccinated. My dog ended up having an allergic reaction about a couple of hours after his visit. He was okay after some Benadryl and the second sheet of info from the visit stated warning of allergies, so I was warned in that way. Thankfully my dog was okay but that was scary, he had never reacted to any medications in the past.
