The staff was very friendly both to me and my furry companions...explained the process thoroughly as well as the post-op care.

Gabapentin is an anti-seizure medication and the FDA approved it only for that purpose. It is not a pain killer. There is an increasing and justifiable controversy surrounding its use and overuse for both animals and humans. Its mechanisms of action are unknown. I adamantly object to its use on my babies. Had I known the clinic was sending me home with it I would not have purchased it. The opioid wars should not inflict DEAs agendas on my furry family. Your clinic should post some kind of notice to patrons so they can make informed decisions. Outside of that beef...you guys are fantastic!!!! Thank you so very much for all you do!! Bottom line: you saved me nearly $200!!!!! I bought a nice piece of salmon for all four kitties and myself to celebrate!! Took a bunch of referral cards to spread the good news??????

Everything was great except for the mix up between my two pets. I feel like a system with pictures might be more helpful to staff

The whole visit was great! They quickly took my kitty to surgery and were very attentive when my husband picked him up. He wasn’t quite moving yet when my husband got there and they wouldn’t let my kitten leave until he was up and moving. Just a couple days after and my kitten is running around like nothing even happened!

You guys did a great job on spaying my cat Cassie. She came home and her incision looked good and she is doing great! I felt like you guys really cared about her and did a fantastic job. Thank you for all the help you gave us and for helping the community. My daughter is bringing her 2 cats in to get spayed after seeing what a great job you did with mine. Thank you again.

I was so appreciative of the understanding and patience of the tech knowing I am a new dog mom and that leaving my baby was very very hard. It was so sweet that they let me stay for a few minutes even after they took Digger to the back

The staff here is so friendly, patient, and dedicated to the animals! Any time I have been there, I feel welcomed and they make sure my dogs do as well. I have only ever seen smiling, hard working staff members!

My kitten was well cared for during his stay at SNKC. Everyone there seemed to enjoy what they were doing and genuinely care for the animals.

Excellent service, our cat has been doing great. The only issue was: My fiance picked up our kitty, and I told him to go between 3:00 and 3:30, and that he would be notified when she was ready to be picked up. Both he and I received a text at 3:28 that said our cat was out of surgery and ready to go home no later than 3pm. Also, I wasn t aware that after 3:30 he would be charged a late fee. He arrived around 3:31 and was charged a late fee. This didn t bother us, and we are happy to consider the fee a donation. However, I this fee needs to be clearly communicated to other patients, and that the timing of the text should arrive earlier, at least before 3:00pm, given our text arrived 28 minutes late. Thanks for the opportunity to complete a survey.

The staff offering vaccinations did not go over any options for my pets. I feel they assumed it was a routine visit, however I would have been interested in hearing what my cats & dog could’ve benefited from. The African American man at t check out desk was very friendly & informative. Kuddos to him!

The clinic was very clean and also smelled clean and not like a bunch of animals. I was helped quickly and everyone was more than happy to answer the questions I have. I also inquired about food for my cat and was given two 6lb high quality grain free food. I’m extremely happy with the cleanliness, service, compassion, and help I received from SNKC!
