Fabulous facility!! Thanks for ALL you do!!

When I first called in to inquire about prices on vaccinations & neutering, the person that answered the phone said that each were $20. I was surprised to find out when I got there this past Wednesday that the price was $25 each. So just a little bit more education is required of the operators.

I love your services and love doing business with you! Your services are important to animals and to the city. It is helpful to have an affordable clinic available as I have been without employment for quite a while. Thank you all, so much! Carol Clarke

The wait time (over 2 1/2 hours) was horrible considering we were the only ones there for wellness. I realize to save and receive low cost vaccinations can come wirh a wait but this was ridiculous. If the staff hadn’t been so kind, friendly, and apologetic we would have left.

Given that my foster 50 pound dog was pregnant without my knowledge at the time of surgery and there were still no complications, I am highly impressed by SNKC. My dog s recovery has been manageable and without issues. The staff was fantastically helpful and I would certainly bring any other pets here. The only reason I gave the appearances of the facility a 3-star review is due to location, not cleanliness or anything practically worrisome.

So glad your business is here to help animals and their owners. Very professional and courteous employees.

Spay and Neuter Kansas City is full of kind friendly people.

Clean facility, friendly people, only issue I had is other people were waited on before me when I was in line first to pick up my two animals, waited over 30 min to get them while they let everyone elses animals leave at pick up time that I was told. Workers did not have any clue when the next puppy class started either or the age groups.

Easy in and out.

I wish the process of sitting and waiting your turn wasnt so long and more pets could be treated if perhaps they had another doctor. This is a great facility but I had to wait almost 2 hours. If I went to our regular vets office, I would be in and out but with a higher fee of care.

We had such a positive experience! From start to finish, everyone was incredible with Scribble. After her surgery we had a couple of questions and concerns, and everyone we spoke to really went above and beyond to address our issues and put our minds at ease. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful, efficient- we felt like everyone cared about Scribble and how she’s doing. Thank you again!!

The ladies who assisted me in the waiting room were upbeat and happy! They were very gentle with my little baby kitten and even complimented on how she cute and pretty she was. I saw people from all different walks of life in the waiting room and it s awesome to see a place that accommodates people who simply just love their pets; it s awesome.

I love this place so much everybody is super friendly and the service here is amazing!

The staff was so lovely and patient with my Fat Fat. I was so scared for her and the sweet woman at the desk with the nose piercing (I cannot remember her name) walked me through everything and let me ask questions and express my fears without judgment or rushing me even though closing time passed while I was there. Fat is doing great and I will definitely bring my other 2 cats there. My only wish is there were Saturday spays/neuters because I live in St. Joseph and juggling work hours is difficult.

I was very nervous to bring my pets in, but the cleanliness, order, and kindness of the staff helped alot in easing my worries.
