Regarding question 3, customer service My Only complaint would be the wait Rarely do I ever wait as long as I did with my last visit, Unfortunately it seemed as if there was only one veterinarian to serve all the costumers, which made for a lengthy visit. That would be my only complaint for this visit Other than that, I choose to drive further just to keep going to this facility for my dogs vaccinations, and care

The staff was great! Each process was explained to me in detail. My fur babies were well taken care of!

I brought home my cat from his neuter and vaccinations and on his paperwork it said he weighed 0lbs. I though this was kind of a shocking oversight because I know his weight should have been taken to administer the proper amount of medication for his surgery and/or take home meds.

This was my first experience with your organization, and it was excellent. Very efficient and quick check in, friendly service, thorough questions, concise answers/education. Pick up and check out was equally expedient. We live in a rural setting and often have stray cats wander in. This was a painless process to make sure that we are not over run with kittens by the end of summer.

I honestly don t think the cone needed to stay on for 10 to 14 days. I took my dogs off after 4 days and she was fine.
