I absolutely love this place... from the people who work at check in and checkout... to the ones who come and get your pet, they re so caring and kind!!!

It has been 72 hours and my cat is still lethargic and limping. I was told she had to be netted, but I think she was handled very roughly and I am so upset to see her like this. The staff was friendly, but I am not happy with the way in which my cat was treated.

I’m so thankful for the financial help to get my dog spayed. Very appreciated!

I would rather come to your great facility and receive the wellness services for my pet. The savings in comparison to a regular veterinary hospital is great, which allows me to make a donation to your organization. I would rather do that to enable other pet/pet owners that need low cost care to be able to receive it. Yours is a great organization with compassionate staff. Thank you for all you do!

Everyone volunteer and staff member was so amazing! I was watching around me as some of he other pet owners were getting impatient and still the staff kept a positive attitude and a smile on their faces??

Kitten is playing licks his paws through cone. He is going to be fine. I might have stiches removed in Ottawa since it is closer. Definitly good ratings from us
