The only problem we encountered is that we attempted to go to KS location and when we arrived there was a closed sign in door. It would be helpful if it would have been posted on your website/social media outlets that that location was closed as that would have saved us quite a bit of time! Everyone at the MO location was very friendly and helpful though! We will be seeing you in a few weeks for spay/neuter and the rest of our kittens shots!

I ve had three dogs spayed or neutered here, all without any issues. This visit was different better organized, the new set-up was easy for check in. This visit was my fourth pets as usual great service we so much appreciate the professional attitudes, patience and respect that we experienced. Very kind to our pet I felt she was in good hands. In my last apointment for my dog TOSHA, on exam they found several very small soft tissue masses. No one told me, I noticed it on the paperwork, and asked about the masses, and they showed me where they were. I went to my vet and they were removed and turned out to be the lowest grade mast cell tumors, and she is doing fine. Thank you for finding them, since I had not noticed them. Thank you for saving her life.

Extremely helpful in making sure my cat Coal was in good health and answered my concerns about the neutering he was there for.

Every single person that I have met fromSoay & Neuter Kansas City has been not @great” but extraordinary to me and to the homeless cats that I have been trying to help. However special mention has been earned by Ramona, Marlon & Julio. I am a disabled older guy that has no cash to reciprocate for the amazing and impressive dedication they have towards carrying your organization mission and I strongly encourage you to honor themselves n every way you can because last year alone, Ramona & Marlon helped me by coming up with s plan to help me keep healthy and strong 19 cats. You have no idea how difficult it was to feed 19 cats in individual bowls (other ways they would have bitter fights even tho the loved each other) so, it was very hard to put down 18 bowls at the same time. Ramona &Matlon were at my back yard in butter, cruel days when frizzing temperature didn’t deterred them from stopping by and Julio took over this year where Ramona and Marlon left. Wait times tend to be long, it would be great to offer some sort of appointments or even a check in online sort of thing that urgent cares do. I did appreciate seeing the vet out talking to people this time. It was the first time I had ever seen a vet in the clinic. They always seem so behind the scenes and I have been relayed messages. I know it can get busy and it takes time to talk to people, but I do think face to face interaction is important. Thank you providing this very valuable service to the community!

Time spent there is way too long. On waiting to be checked out, front desk was checking everyone just walking in the door when I had already been there two hours. Should have one person checking people in and another person checking people out. The clinic in KCMO is much more organized. Even tho there’s more people waiting at that clinic, wait time is cut in half and staff is much friendlier there. The clinic in KCKS seems to cater only to Hispanics.
