Completely dissatisfied with the fact that when my dog had complications from surgery and had to be transported to a higher level care facility, my bill from them was barely covered. I brought a healthy dog to your facility and I left with a dog barely breathing. The exact words when they took her back was, She ll be in good hands. Still don t know what happened back there and I ll never know....I received $150.00 and I spent almost $1000.00 that day and had to pay the entire bill from the hospital or I couldn t take her home. Surgeon from your facility said, Bring the bill back and we ll help you pay. I received $150.00. Hold true to your word. Would NEVER recommend your facility!

The ladies were really informative and very nice! They showed an eminence amount of concern and love for my pet. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

First visit, loved that they greeted me upon entry and directed me where to go. Exceedingly organized and quick appointment, all procedures and charges explained well and in advance. Only down side check out line took longer than entire visit.

The staff are all wonderful and very helpful.

I was told over the phone that the drop-off process would take less than 30 minutes. With that information, I squeezed it into my morning. I even asked when I got there if it truly would be so quick, and was assured I would be put in less than 30 minutes. I waited in line for close to an hour due to the only working staff member engaging in unrelated conversation with the first client in line for OVER 25 MINUTES. My son was late to school, I was late to work, and I will never come to this staff for info or services again, and will deter my friends and family from doing so. Do not make promises you cannot keep, blatantly make up timeframes, or hand our false information just because you think it s what your clients want to hear.

I felt like the wait time for drop off and pick up would go quicker if you didn t have to go thru two lines.

I really appreciate the hard work and dedication your team has towards rescue animals, adopted animals, and all pets. Thank you for being an amazing team of specialists who truly love and care for pets!

This is my second time using your services. Every staff member was friendly and courteous. This is a wonderful organization.

Only reason I didn’t gove 5 stars in appearance was because I didn’t like the cubicle. It made it seem less like a medical clinic and more like a charity thing. So it would be better to not have those if possible.

I appreciate being able to bring my dog to get serviced for a nominal fee. Their was a lady complaining about the fee that went up, but I believe it s still way cheaper than going to the vet. I love being able to walk in and get shots each year. Thank you for a great service to the community.

My cat was declined for neuter saying that he had a heart murmur of a 3-4/6. I took him to a full service vet and two veterinarians listened to him. He has NO heart murmur. So, I paid $85 for shots and microchip to you all and then had to pay out $225 to a vet to do a neuter. Thanks for costing me a butt load of money. Vet said you all were listening to his lungs, not his heart.
