I had a really great first impression. We found our new kitten and weren’t really sure what to do first. The staff was very hopeful and answered all my questions. The prices were really reasonable which is really great because we can now give our kitten a home.

I would have really liked to have been offered the opportunity to go with my kitten when she got her vaccines. I had just moved to the area and had no knowledge of the facility, so I was very nervous to bring my kitten somewhere new. I would have been much more comfortable if I could be with her to ensure she was being treated properly.

My only complaint is the weight of both our dogs were wrong. I really wanted an accurate weight on each. One was shown weighing 9# and the other 0.6# both were wrong. Their around 18 and 10#

I would like to have more things to read and learn about my dog and cat. I noticed some pamphlets at the front but they were in Spanish. Were there pamphlets also in English? I love what you all are doing and I enjoyed my morning there. I also love your mission statement. Keep up the good work!

I might be bringing Milo in Tuesday to get checked out. He s gotten sick a couple times since the surgery.I ll see if he still is tomorrow but he s doing fie other than that. It could just be from the medication he was given ??

This is the first time we ve actually been to KC spayed and neutered in person and it was a wonderful experience we also are going to take advantage of the off-site you re having tomorrow September 8th to get the rest of our animals taken care of we appreciate the services that you guys provide for the KC area.

I am profoundly impressed by your organization, the people I met there, the quqlity of care, and courtesy I received. Everyone was lovely, intelligent, attentive to the little cat I brought in and gracious. I made a $200.00 gift as well as pay for the $55 spay. Keep me on your donor list please. Your services are critical to our city. All animals deserve to have a caring home and loving nurture. It is wise to reduce the number of unwanted animals which will ot be loved. I was happy with the overall experience. My only comment would be the lady who handled my check out spoke extremely fast and sounded like a robot. I had to stop her twice to ask her to slow down and repeat what she had just told me. She seemed irritated at this and it lessened the experience.

My experience was above and beyond what I expected! The staff and volunteers were extremely friendly, very helpful, caring and compassionate with our pets! They were also very educating and informative on the services and products they offered! Will definitely be back! The affordable prices make it sooo much easier to help rescue animals without breaking the bank so I can spoil them more! Thank you for the wonderful experience

I would have preferred taking my pet into the kennal before surgery. Out front it looks great. In back i have no idea what goes on or if the kennals are properly cleaned.thank you.

100% satisfied! Very clean clinic; staff was very professional, friendly and well educated. While I was there I saw that the staff gave each and every cat or dog that was brought in special care and attention, including my German shepherd Jetta who was there to be spayed, chipped and for her annual shots. KCSN deserve much more than a 5 star rating!! Thank you!

I actually did not end up getting my kitten neutered when I recently went to this clinic. We found out both of his testicals hadn’t dropped yet. They suggested we wait 2 months before scheduling surgery again. I appreciate spay and neuter for not going ahead with the surgery and for telling me immediately what was going on. I appreciate the honesty and support their mission 100%.

Would like a little more personal attention! I was Nervous to have my puppy spayed (she’s our little baby) and i didn’t feel much more comfort from the staff! I think I just Had a less friendly staff member take my dog because others seemed nice and patient! Overall great experience, thank you!

I greatly appreciate the service that SNKC provides for the community. We are experiencing a dramatic change in income this year, but still want to take the best care of our pets that we can and that includes making sure that we don t add to overpopulation so knowing that we could afford to have them spayed because of what you do was a huge relief to us.

I will definitely recommend as in KC to family and friends. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
