The entire experience with Spay and Neuter KC was a wonderful one. Every staff member I encountered was kind, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my pet. My 5 month old kitten was in for a neuter surgery and everyone was wonderful with him. Thanks Spay and Neuter Kansas City for making our experience a great one!

There was some complication with my dog s surgery. I really appreciated, the doctor calling me immediately and giving me suggestions on the best next step and referring me to right hospital. Mu dog Bruno, is now doing really well and thank you for caring.

Being nervous about bringing my baby in to get him neutered, I was worried and scared. But as soon as I walked in, I felt like I was at home. All staff was amazing and polite. From start to finish. Even when making the appointment, everyone was so nice. Working in customer service, I understand how hard that can be some days and I applaud each and everyone on staff for doing such a great job.

Thank you for providing low cost spay/neuter and vaccines! I only wish the heartworm test results were more portable an nonrestrictive. I prefer to use another product but won’t be able to because you will not transfer the prescription.

When kittens are neutered they need to be removed from their carriers and put in a kennel with a litter box. My boy had peed in his carrier and was wet and stinky when I picked him up. I know he couldn t help it and would have used a tray if he had access to one. It was a struggle trying to clean him up after I got him home without disturbing his surgical site.

I just think the animals should be supervised a little longer before going home! My pup was in a lot of pain on the car ride home

My kittens came home in cones. Within 20 mins the cones were off. I tightened them twice. The last time one of the boys pulled it partway off. It was choking him and he was blindly running around the room in a panic hitting walls and furniture. That is when the cones came off for good. I had to redirect a few times the first 24 hours to prevent licking but after that it was as if nothing ever happened. Cones on kittens just doesn t work.

I m so grateful to have SNKC near us. It s apparent that SNKC cares about animals, and I continue to be impressed by your services and your staff. I vaccinated my pet and received the coupon for the $25 spay. What a great idea to encourage owners to fix their pets! And for all the services that you receive (pain meds, nail trim, anesthesia); it s just an awesome service to the community at a fantastic price. Thank you for all that you do!
