The best not only not with my dog but so kind to all animals being brought in!!!

I reschefduled another appointment in ordet to pick up my animals between 3 and 3:30 pm in order to avoid additional late fees. I arrived precisely at 3:15pm. Still waiting an hour later. After which time another person arrived to pick up her pet which was ready to go with no additional charge for being late. She left with her pet immediately. I was on time to pick up my pets but had to continue waiting while someone who was an hour late didn t have to wait at all. Do you consider that person s time to be of more value than mine?

I rate your facility, employees, and volunteers excellent. Please send me a prescription for heartworm treatment. Your volunteers were so busy helping me take my dog to my car that I forgot to ask for the prescription that they had said the VET.could give me.

I found your staff very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am a very protective fur Mom and felt at ease leaving my fur baby Pistol in your hands. I would highly recommend your facility. Thanks so much for taking wonderful care of her.

The value offered is good. I do wish that more attention was given to the exterior incision as the surgical glue didn’t close the opening well. Also not sure the need of shaving the fur half way up the side of the dog

Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Very caring with my pets 2 twin orange tabby s Chicken and Nugget. They we re well cared for and by everyone they encountered.

I was so pleased with the well organized staff, and your process of registration. I knew my kitty was well cared for when she was returned with a message taped to her carrier--be carefull! She will bolt! When I was concerned about her incision, I was told to bring her right in. My concern was alleviated, and I had her microchipped since we were already there. You do great work!

Amazing service. The staff are always so friendly. Everyone, from the front desk to the vet techs and volunteers genuinely seem happy and customer (and animal) friendly. Keep up the great work.

My experience was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. My only negative is the location. I wasn t familiar with where I was going. It s a 50/50 chance if I would return in the future because of the location.

Even though there were quite a few pets having surgery that day, we were treated as if we were the only ones there. Kevin was called by name and treated with kindness.

The services we received was top notch and I thank you. My Peppercorn is back to her old self after having surgery on Friday.

A separate room for cats would be helpful. Cats don t really like to be surrounded by barking dogs! Also wish I could ve went in with my kitty .

This is a great program and you can t beat the price. A typical vet office would charge you 3 or 4 times the amount that the SNKC charges.

I love SNKC and will ALWAYS recommend you to everyone!
