The staff were all very helpful at both locations! They were patient with me and all of my questions and explained everything clearly.

I was very pleased with the place I like the new one cuz it s much bigger than the old one downtown was they were good to my baby and we had a great workout at the service desk and that was don t know her name but she does sign languages that my cousin is deaf and so she could talk to her great place I will bring them back for something else

I had an awesome experience with everyone at Spay and Neuter KC with my recent visit to neuter my cat. I really appreciate this service and would like to thank everyone that works at Spay and Neuter. Customer service was great! I especially liked the pet report card that I was given :).

This is the second time I ve used KC spay and neuter. Both times, the process was quick and easy, and not to mention, budget friendly. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even when you forget the process, like where to check in and all, they never get annoyed and act like you should already know what to do. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you for continuing to help pet owners and even non pet owners with the TNR program.

The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous in such a busy environment. Highly recommended.

I was told there was a late fee if I didn’t pick up my cat before 4 pm but my cat wasn’t ready till almost 5:30 pm. No employees were giving me updates on my cat but they were giving other people’s updates. Finally I went up to the desk to ask and they told me it would only be another 10 minutes but it ended up being 30 minutes again with no updates. Also when I dropped my cat off I had a towel in his carrier to make it more comfortable for him but when I got my cat back the towel was gone so my cat was uncomfortable for the 45 minute drive home.

I am thoroughly impressed with the team, keep up the good work! Thank you
