Great customer service when calling to make an appointment and then picking up our cats the day of there neuter! I couldn t have had a better experience with my pets having shots and neutering. Your organization is wonderful. I was nervous bringing our Sophie to your facility. I was scarred that she would not get the same attention she would get at a vets office. I was pleased and happy to see that your place is very professional and you strive to take such great care of our animals. It s nice to have a place that is affordable and takes such great care of our animals. I was just so shocked at how much vets charge just for spaying a dog. I was quoted 205-400 dollars and that didn t even include the shots and heart worm test. These prices make it almost impossible for average folks to afford animals and everyone should be able to have a animal to love and not worry about vet prices. I will be bringing my dogs back for vaccinations in the future. Thank you for being so wonderful and friendly.

I loved the friendliness and cleanliness of the clinic. My cats were incontinent of urine. I assume they are put back into the crate they came in after surgery with no litter box. A suggestion to bring a garbage bag or tarp to put under thecrate would be beneficial. My car still smells like cat urine.

Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions, I feel like my pets got excelent care and we re well loved while in ur care. Over all wonderful experience and I will be having 2 more kittens spayed and neurltured with u when they are old enough.

Would suggest separating the felines from the canines in the check in area. Very stressful for some animals to be around dogs and vice versa.

I was extremely happy with the care Arrow received. The commutation was excellent from the time the appointment was set up until she was ready to come home. All my concerns were addressed even though I m sure they answer the same questions multiple times each day.

Was very pleased with the staff. Ive never visited before, and went in and had no problems. As soon as i walked in i was being helped. They treated my dog and i like family.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me the second that I walked in the door to drop my cat off for her spay surgery. I will definitely recommend Spay and Neuter Kansas City!

It smells a bit like a shelter, but I understand there s only so much you can do about hundreds of animals coming in and out each day. Great price, quick service, and triage was willing and helpful.

I was uncomfortable with someone I m not familiar with taking care of my pet, who I feel is a family member. But they made me feel comfortable from the first phone call. Thank you .
