Clinic was clean, just not the nicest location, building or finishes but it s a non profit, so understandable. Staff was very friendly. Only rated a 4 because the guy checking us out was reading from a paper and seemed like he didn t necessarily know the post-op instructions wel,l which doesn t instill the greatest confidence...but he was friendly and polite. Some of the staff is hard to understand. If they could speak slower, these are staff that repeat procedure at front desks in morning.

Amazing, kind staff took SUCH good care of my dog. I cried a little at drop off and they were comforting and sweet! Will ABSOLUTELY recommend your services.

The process of check in could be much more efficient. I stood in a line waiting to check in and get paperwork, when I could have filled out this paperwork ahead of time and without instructions.

Everyone was great and really cared for our dog! They gave us all information we needed and wanted right away. It made this process so easy for us and our dog.

I was impressed by the way they worked hard to keep the waiting area clean. Safety for owners and pets.

When I originally set up the appointment, the woman on the phone told me that my pet would be ready for pickup at 430. I was told 3pm upon drop-off. This hurt my work schedule and made my day rushed. Please ensure everyone is informed of times, as we are respectful of yours. Thanks!

when i was there checking out, there was a situation. There was a very long line of people waiting to be checked out, I understand the checkout process is lengthy, however, waiting in line for 45 minutes and as I was next, a man walked in to pick up his animal and DID NOT wait in line, he walked right up to the counter and the girl went ahead and helped him, she didn t even ask if he had been standing in line or was next, there were about 10 of us that were NOT HAPPY to say the least. Even after we told her, she still helped this guy before helping the person (me) who had been standing in line for 45 minutes. This HAS to be addressed by your staff.

I love visiting SNKC in person! So do my pups. Unfortunately trying to get through by phone can be difficult.

that is wonderful and couldn t be better. cost for feral cats is prohibitive when there are several. guess they will just continue to breed unless there is a discount available.

The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Expectations for my appointment were set upon first contact, and they did just as they said even though there was line when I arrived. I was in and out as fast as it could have gone. The staff was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. When I picked up my cat, I was given everything I needed to know plus things to look out for. I was expecting such superior customer service from a vets office. The ladies seemed like they love their jobs. Way to go Spay & Neuter! 5 stars all around from us!

I received great service. Only one thing, I found a flea after I picked up my dog. I am a first time dog owner, so I am not sure if this is normal. Everyone was nice and my dog is recovering fast.
