Although everything else was exemplary, I was unaware lubricant would be applied to my cat s eyes. I thought her eyes were weepy or creating discharge but looked it up and discovered it s typically put on for surgery.

I want to say thank you again for the great services at a price I can afford for my 2 dogs. Without this service not sure I could afford my rescue dogs.

My biggest suggestion would be to offer the extended pain medication when setting up the appointment. We had our dog spayed first and I actually asked if there was any deluxe package we could purchase and was told we could pay for more paid medication. So I was aware of this with our cat and asked if extra pain medication was offered. However, had I not asked this I wouldn t have known. It seems for the price it would be a no brainer for most customers! Otherwise, fantastic place and thank you to all the people who make these services possible!

Somewhere around 2008 I had to pay a vet $150 dollars to spay my calico named Sister...I don t know what I d do without you these days...See you the next time...

We’ve been bringing our dog for the last 4 years. We appreciate the affordable services. This time, I liked the electronic tracking and documentation. Everyone treats us so well! We just adopted another dog and plan on bringing him when he needs his vaccines.

The whole experience was awesome.

Brought my cat in a few months ago and was so happy with everything that I decided to bring our dog in for shots so happy I did:) Everyone is very friendly and they handle the animals with so much care.

Two of my dogs are very small and timid. I would have like to accompany them back to get their shots. They were very scared by being handled by unknown persons and not having someone they know within sight. Appointments would also be great.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable leaving my buddy with them they took excellent care of him.

The staff was very friendly and professional. However, I don t know that I would recommend your clinic to a friend or family member. I love my animals as I love my family and the lack of information before and after the spay was disappointing. I felt that your staff was trained with a script without knowing the ins and outs of how to help me be a great caregiver for my cat after the procedure. I believe in what you do, the outreach of your clinic is amazing. I just feel that the way it is run does not suit my or my cats needs. As a side note, I attempted reaching out for some questions I had and could only leave an incredibly short message and never received a response the day after my cats spay.

My dog is a miniature Chihuahua and received 3 vaccines at once. There was no literature provided to prepare us for small breed reactions to 3 vaccines at once. That evening her face and neck swelled exponentially and I grew concerned that her airways were blocked. I did research and administered an antihistamine to reduce swelling. Still, a bit scary. I would recommend letting people know that small breeds can swell. Thanks.
