I wish I had been given Hazel s pain med when she left your facility, but they were forgotten. Also had to come back for an IV because she was dehydrated. She is fine now and I thank you so much for her care. Gave you all 5 s, hope they show up

I was happy with the cleanliness and professionalism of your staff. They were excellent, thorough, and kind. I am also happy you have a big fence around your property, as I was a little worried about the location of the business, and it made me feel safe. Thank you, Corey is doing great, no problems.

Your organization runs a very tight ship. There was no loitering by staff. Each made a contribution to the smooth running and efficient process of taking care of clients. The line of clients moved quickly. Additionally information was given to clients about their pet and what they may expect from any surgeries or other treatment. Most importantly was the demeanor of staff. Everybody was quite friendly and answered any questions the client had. In other words, SNKC provides great service.

I appreciate the personal touch that your staff provides. My experience was excellent. I was only disappointed by the cone that I received for my pet. She could not eat or drink with it on.

The only reason I would not recommend KC Spay and Neuter was that I specifically told the techs that my Boxer was nervous and that anyone who was going to be handling him would need to be gentle and encouraging with him. When they took him away, I almost cancelled my appointment because I noticed how the tech was just pulling him along. They didn t take any time at all to get to know him and make him less nervous. I understand there are lots of people and pets, but the individualized attention in a comfortable, compassionate was not there. My dog has been to his vet numerous times, frequently visits off leash dog parks and has NEVER exhibited any worrisome behaviors. He is the most gentle and easy-going dog, but the report from staff said he growled and would need to be muzzled if he came back. I can only attribute this to careless and fast-food type handling.

I was very thankful and pleased with your service and the girls were so nice and helpful We could not afford the high fees at local vets...thankyou for making a way for people like us! Blessings, Susan Ruff

Thank you for the wonderful care that was given to my kitties. The customer service was awesome and the the lady that spoke with me went into great detail about all the instructions needed to care for my cats. Yes, I would recommend SNKC to anyone that needs your service.

The woman I talked to today was so helpful, even to the point of answering a questions that had nothing about your organization about where to take my female cat s kittens that got pregnant when I had to switch my appointment from the female to male bc we had an accident. I felt like she genuinely cares about animals and that made me very happy. Thank you all!

I was very pleased with the services my cat and i received. Kelsey Christopher was able to set up an appointment quickly and efficiently for me, and your staff was also very understanding when I was having trouble getting my cat into the carrier and was a few minutes late because of this. also, the cost was affordable and everyone there was friendly and professional. My little buddy was also done much quicker than I had anticipated; so far he has not had any problems and seems to be doing great! thank you very much
