Great service. So friendly. So efficient. When I saw the waiting line I thought we are going to be here forever. But everyone knew what they were doing. Went so fast. No issues. Our Winston is doing just perfectly. Thank you so so much. Y’all are wonderful.

The staff was friendly and helpful and even helped to fix a umbilical hernia that we were not aware of when my dog was in surgery. They loved my dog and treated her like their own. Very professional and helpful.

Will always recommend this fantastic service KC is so lucky to have.

I was very happy with our services. Our puppy means so much to us and they did such a great job with her. Couldnt be happier.

The intake and drop off was great- no complaints and I recommend you guys all the time. I m not sure I talked to when I picked up my cat from being neutered but they literally sped through the instructions so fast I had to call my vet afterward to ask what to do when I had questions about the directions on the paper, because when I asked the girl that checked me out her responses were so fast and like memorized or sounded like pre-recorded. She said it so fast like she was just trying to be done and I have never gotten an animal neutered or spayed so it was all new to me and slower, slightly more detailed answers and instructions would have been nice. We got through it though and are doing fine. Thanks for your services! :-)

They were very helpful and nice staff. My dog got spayed and microchipped and we had no issues she s recovered perfect and back to herself. I would highly recommend this place. At first I was skeptical due to location and how cheap it was. But it was perfect.

Everything was excellent as usual. Only one complaint this time- I called about dewormer before spaying, I specifically asked if I could pick up & apply, the lady said yes. When I went in (after arranging daycare) the other lady said I need the car with me. Wasted time.

My dog was just spayed there. Shes recovering nicely. She is the 2nd dog I ve brought there. Will definitely keep coming back.

The people that work at the Troost office are so friendly. It is nice to go in and I m happy to donate because of this.

I have always felt like your staff are the nicest most helpful and compassionate people!!! I have now used you guys to have four animals neutered and never once had any problems!

I reschefduled another appointment in ordet to pick up my animals between 3 and 3:30 pm in order to avoid additional late fees. I arrived precisely at 3:15pm. Still waiting an hour later. After which time another person arrived to pick up her pet which was ready to go with no additional charge for being late. She left with her pet immediately. I was on time to pick up my pets but had to continue waiting while someone who was an hour late didn t have to wait at all. Do you consider that person s time to be of more value than mine?

Was impressed with the experience. Libby is doing well, no vomiting, no wound seepage. She doesn t really like the cone,but is adjusting to it. Thank you.
