Everyone here is great! My dog was very scared and nervous and they all knew just want to do. They let me take her in and put her in the kennel because she wasn t leaving the muzzle on. Overall we had a great experience!

We recently got our kitten spayed here and the process was easy start to finish. Everyone we met was friendly and helped when needed. Kitten is doing good and nothing wrong has happened on her end from the surgery. Ive already recomended this place to someone and would go again when I need to.

The staff are absolutely amazing. You could tell how much they love animals. I could not be more grateful for this place. And when I am able, I will be donating money to them. They took great care of my kitty and I am so happy that I chose them to do so.

Everyone I spoke to in person and on the phone was very professional. It was an excellent experienced and they took very good care of my little puppy. And I appreciated the $190 price. My vet was going to charge $800 to $900 for the same procedure.

I understand that your facility gets busy, but try to meet you appt time. That’s why people make an appt. My appt was at 9:20 am and it was almost 11 am and people that arrived around 11 their pet was brought in within 10-15 mins. I finally had to ask. Then waited another 20 mins before my pet was brought in. Then I came at 2:30 to pick him up, he was just being prepped for surgery. What is the point of an appt. I can understand if I was walking in and would need to wait. But my appt was at 9:20.

Staff friendly and loves pets. They handled each pet with compassion and care.

Smooth process and excellent care of our pet. Easy to understand post-op instructions. We could tell the people love animals and can be trusted with your pet.

I would like to Thank Mandi for giving us the chance to try a second time at getting our Bernese Mt Dog Fixed. The experience was overall great and other than a longer (1.5 hr) drop off experience, everything else was great. Griffey is healing up perfectly and the incision looks great and the cone should come off in a few days. We know serving the community is the primary goal so we will keep you on our list of local charities to support with our yearly giving.

Everything was very professional

Everyone was so nice and always had a smile on their face. They truly care about what they do and the pets they are seeing. I had no problem waiting for drop off and puck up. However, others around me did. You simply state throughout the paperwork to be patient while waiting bit some clearly must have forgot that. Maybe, give a bit more detail to the dropoff and pick up process in regards to waiting in line. It was definitely not what I expected when I got there. I thought the process was streamlined very well considering the weather and minimal staff that day. Great job and God bless you all for what you do!
