It seems you ve gotten more expensive, so for those of us w multiple pets, those vac & flea preventative have gotten more costly.

Everyone was very nice but driving In I felt a little unsafe but my dog was taken care of very well and I would recommend it to others.

Everyone in the clinic was very kind and incredibly friendly to both me and my dog. My issues lie with the after care procedure and the procedure itself. Three days after surgery, our dog developed a scrotal hematoma. After an unanswered call and voicemail to the on-call trauma contact (it was after clinic hours) we went to the nearest urgent care center. What we thought would be a simple and relatively painless routine procedure ended up being filled with trauma and pain for our dog as well as expensive. Money isn t an object for us, but we decided to support the work you all do with our donation and were reassured the care would be equal to that of our normal veterinarian. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way that just wasn t the case. If we had known our boy was at such a high risk for hematoma due to his size and age, we would have NEVER gone through with the procedure without scrotal ablation. While we pride ourselves on doing our research, there are obviously things a veterinarian would know that we wouldn t. I wish this would have been communicated to us so we could have made a more informed decision regarding our dog. I m by no means trying to blame the operating veterinarian, but would like to make you aware of the situation to prevent it from happening to another dog. Additionally, I still have not received a call from the on-call contact. Had this been a more serious emergency and we were unable to afford an emergency bill, I don t know what we would have done. In sum, I adored your staff and the way both me and my dog were treated pre-surgery. But the lack of after care, knowledge regarding potential complications, and even the surgery itself leave me hesitant to recommend you to anyone who can afford care elsewhere.

Very impressed from beginning to end. Very grateful for your services. It s always nervewracking to stray from the very you know and trust, especially when it s for money reasons, but this organization helped put me at ease. Thank you for what you do.

My iPad would not let me rate any thing by touch. I rated all six categories excellent and since all these animals have been rescues I want to do the responsible thing for all the animals even if they stray away.

The outside looks like a prison, but the inside looks like a top rate vet office in the rich side of town... It s a bit scary from the outside. But you guys were so good to my Persephone Jane and she s doing amazingly well after her spay. Thank you!

I selected N/A for education because I have no idea what the staff s education level is- it really wasn t a factor during my visit. No one needed to ask any questions to respond to any of mine however. Hope that helps.

On the survey add a spot for unknown if spayed. My cat got put under before realizing she was already spayed. I didn t know if there was a way to check prior to to medicating

Thank you all so much for not only the amazing care my 2 puppies and my kitten received but for making it so that I was able to afford getting them neutered and spayed as well as all their shots and my 2 pups microchipped! It s a necessity for all animals and your services make sure those of us in lower income or fixed income situations are able to do this for our fur babies. I can t thank you all enough!

The entire staff was great! That I dealt with. I actually informed the staff member who helped pickup my cat, when I was called a four or three days prior I was quoted a price of one hundred and two dollars, the day I checked Phoebe in for her surgery they checked and they discovered she had tape worms, and I agreed have her microchip for ten bucks and give buck for the tape worm shot, but that morning they forgot to charge me for the tape worm shot, but I caught the miss calculation and was happy to pay for it when I picked up my cat you provide such a service I ll do everything to help, I can t help monetarily, but I ll be happy to pay for service I use, and I ll return my cats cone after the ten days she ll need it for her recovery.
