The only thing I would suggest is becoming able to spay /neuter dogs larger than 100lbs. Suggestions to limit cost would be to only offer this service monthly or to partner with another group to provide this service.

I understand that each animal has a tattoo applied to the belly as they are spayed or neutered but I bought 3 in and eat one of them had a dime size burn beside the tattoo. I now and doctoring it. Sad that they also have this pain to deal with. I have had several done before and this has never happened.

Had an appointment to get our puppy spayed. She got worked up scared by howling and barking when she was put in the kennel waiting to be prepped for surgery. Ended up puking, a Staff then called us saying she wouldn’t have the procedure done today. I would have preferred the vet call us and discuss any concerns before straight out cancelling the procedure. She’s never puked before and we’re indisputably sure that she was only nervous. She has had no symptoms since, we’re just bitter about the whole experience is all.

I wish I had been given Hazel s pain med when she left your facility, but they were forgotten. Also had to come back for an IV because she was dehydrated. She is fine now and I thank you so much for her care. Gave you all 5 s, hope they show up
