My ONLY gripe about bringing my two kittens to Spay & Neuter Kansas City was that I had to pay $15 for a cone, ended up being $30 for both kittens. Other than that, I enjoyed the staff, environment and services.

You are the best. The very best. Not only were we able to afford to spay and neuter a litter of kittens and their momma, we got the best service and attention I could have wanted. Thank you!

A little frustrating when you pre-register and then confirm info at checking pet in but check out seems to take more than 5 min to pay for pre agreed terms & services. Also about 5/6 yrs ago you had a Bully/PitBull type appreciation day w/tents & a hand full of vendors. Anybow I bought my absolute FAVORITE t-shirt of all time there...black w: PIT BULLS SAVING AMERICA S Dog on front and on back:ADOPT A BULL around headshot of black/white bully and pitbulls.bestfriend.org Anyhow I would love to purchase more shirts like this exact style color as well as when you all carried the jersey color collar/sleeved 3/4 shirts...If you advertise we buy!!!!! Also you definitely need to keep the xxxl xxl xl sizes in stock. Thank You. I appreciate each and everyone of YOU & all you do for our community & furred kiddos.

I suggest you add aromatherapy to help calm the animals. It was a very stressful and fast pace environment that the animals pick up on that. That is not healthy. Even has a human the anxiety of the animals was so high it affected me!

I was impressed by the service I got while I was at the office. The staff was so nice and explained the procedures and I got the paperwork for my dog and kitten to keep in my records. My animals are doing great. Had a good fast recovery. They are back up and playful. Thank you so much Spay and Nueter Kansas city.

I really love this service but the drop off/pick up times require me to miss a big chunk of work. If you would allow either an earlier drop off or a later pickup, I believe more people would use you for spay/neuters. Leaving work a little or coming in a little late would be much more reasonable.

I suggest not calling so much for pick up. I told to pick up at 4pm but they called and told me Bella was ready at 3:15. I don t live close so I didn t get there till 3:55 and I called 2 twice. Please give me time to get there. Thank you.

I dont have any suggestions other than I wish there were kitty treats. I mean, she had her baby maker cut out, a treat wouldnt be un appreciated im sure. BUT!!! You guys took awesome care of my Versace. I m in my 30s and dont have kids so she is truly my whole world. I waited forever to go forward with the operation, just because I was so afraid. But truly everyone was so awesome. no one got annoyed with my continuous calling in for updates and I couldnt be happier. I know she s crazy but you were wonderful. I had to clean her rear when I got home. I think she pooped on herself... but other than that, so great. I actually was meaning to write a thank you letter anyway. THANKS A MILLION!

This was my first time to the clinic. I was amazed by the warm reception from EVERY person. The care and treatment of my dog and her puppies was exceptional. There were a few employees/volunteers that went out of their way to help me with a couple of the obstacles I faced during the visit. (Carrying in two large puppies in the same carrier) and (helping me get the mama inside; I forgot my leash). I will always bring my pets here from now on! I have never been to a veterinary office where EVERYONE was caring. By the way; I live 45 minutes away, but I will still make the drive!

I would like to highly recommend this place to take your fur babies! They was very gentle and sincere. They took very good care of my puppy and when we picked her up from being spayed she was not messy or looked like she been chopped on. She is healing well and want to thank the staff !! Job well done!

Staff was very nice an extremely helpful

The only encounter that I had that was a little bothersome was when we first arrived and they went to take my dog from. She didn t say anything to me or greet my dog. She just slipped the leash on him and said Let s go then she couldn t get him into the kennel. She came back to us and said I need you to do it. I just feel if she would have been a little more friendlier to myself and my dog, it would have felt better dropping him off.

I think there some confusion on the check in/out line process. If you can streamline it a bit better, people won t be so confused. That s just what I heard when I was in line, over all I was very happy with my experience. Thank you!!!!
