A better drop off and pick up process. Waiting an hour plus for each was frustrating even though warned about drop off wait time. I wasn’t expecting the pick up time to be as long but it was longer than the wait to drop off my pets.

I think this is a great program and would recommend it to people just like me who are seniors and others in need.

The staff was amazing and my dogs got in fast. I really loved how informative the staff was and how much they cared for my dogs. I would definitely recommend pet resource center.

The drop off and pick up needs to be visited for a different method of intake/pickup. We waited almost 2 hrs to drop off and almost an hour for pickup. Went inside and the discharge paper work was not even started. This being an hour after the time we suppose to pick up our pet.

The Young Lady that came out to my Truck to get Abe was very nice , and very knowledgeable about keeping my pup in her control. I would give her a 12

I love this place. They take such good care of our communities fur babies and you can count on them for help. They have great programs and great service. All my dogs have been spayed or neuter here. I trust their work.

Everyone is very nice but it took over an hour to get in and out. That s a long time with dogs in the car.

I had an appointment for 11:30 and didn’t have my 2 cats taken for over an hour. Why bother scheduling.

Service was okay. Wait was a bit long for having an appointment. I had forgotten Nippy’s muzzle while getting him stepped in his intricate harness. I was thankful you had one that fit after your phone person threatened to cancel a appt that was finally made on the 8th after getting a human on your lousy phone system. I gave the attendant a $100.00 bill for my $87.00 bill. See came back with $13.00 in ALL $1.00 bills. That was trashy treatment to a customer who has used Spay Neuter KC since 2006. So recommention of Pet Resourse Center is a yes and no question.

I felt I needed to know more in detail what my dog did to get caution sign, not brought out bc of safety concerns etc.
