What a great service you provide to our community. I knew my dog was in great hands but I won’t lie, I was still a touch nervous. When the gentleman brought my dog out and he was in a good mood I knew I had no reason to have been worried. I also appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood the medications.

I appreciate the quality of customer service you have. I have a question about the flea medication - Bravecto. Speaking over the phone to pay the bill I asked for one month of flea medication at the price of $20. Your staff member suggested the three month dose at $40 instead and I agreed. When she came to my car with my dog she said it was on sale for $35. I was charged $40. I went to your website pharmacy to check the price and it was more than $60. I m not concerned about the $5 but for the future will the price be lower if I come in person to pick it up rather than order it on line? Thank you for all you do for our pets and working with us when the funds are not available.

I couldn t afford this service from my local vet, and a friend recommended PRCKC. I am very happy with the surgery, my boy is doing GREAT 2 days later, and I will probably use PRCKC for more veterinary needs in the future. I also plan to make a donation so you can provide services for those who cannot afford full price. I believe in your mission and vision. Keep up the great work!

It is hard to reach you to ask questions, but I know it s because you are so busy treating your patients. The young lady with braids talked to every dog she took in and out. Very kind and sweet young lady. Always feel like my pets get treated like family at your office.

I very much appreciate the care of my pet. That being said… I personally do think that I, at some point, should’ve met or at least spoken to the vet on the phone that performed his very expensive procedure. It would’ve been nice to hear the process and been able to learn about the recovery and risks of his procedure from the person performing. I don’t even know that the name was included on his paperwork. Like I said—great service and overall cost… check in/out was good. But for the sake of what was called “individuality” above, I feel this was likely an oversight.

On line scheduling doesn’t work frequently

I am so grateful that we have such a dedicated, amazing organization in our community. You work tirelessly to help pets, owners, and rescue groups. Even though you help many pets every day, the quality of care does not suffer and is always foremost!

I don’t feel like I had info- before surgery it was 5 days after but after the surgery it was 14 days. There wasn’t enough info sent home and I am still not sure if she is healing right. I don’t want to keep driving her back up there because I have to work. The low score was because I have had an issue with a manager- she was rude and then when I tried to file a complaint she told me there was no one to file it with but her. That is crazy and I never heard back about my complaint

I feel very fortunate and blessed that my fury family members can receive professional,kind and Quality care at affordable prices. I would not be able to afford to adopt them.
