I brought my dog in on Friday for basic bundle. I’m not sure but I thought you looked over the dog too. I missed it and I guess you guys did too. I think he must be licking his paw , has hair is missing or has a rash. The lady who brought out my papers, she seemed so much in a rush that she didn’t have time to aswner questions:

There was a little confusion in the beginning our cats were sponsored by a local rescue and there was a miscommunication, but your staff looked into it and our girls made their appointment. We are entirely grateful for your willingness to help and for the care they received! We understand the importance of spaying and neutering your pets and we were ashamed that our cats had had litters of kittens. We don t want to add to the ever growing cat homelessness problem! If it were not for your service and the local rescue we would have had little options to get the job done. Thank God you guys exist! You all save lives and are a vital part of goodness in the Kansas city community!

The education question was kind of n/a.

I was handed my paperwork and was told have a good day but had no idea what some of it was, i thought i was getting a heartworm testing but i got fecal testing kit with no explanation, i had to wait 10-15 mins until i could flag someone down to ask. I m still not even sure if they were checked for heartworms, i haven t been to this facility since before covid and they would have it on their paperwork that they were negative. I didnt enojoy the process, as there was nothing for me to read to verify that was what i wanted, checking in they verified but it was fast and mostly just a list vs an explanation. i think i was ill informed what the fecal ova parasite thing was, its clearly not the heartworm test. or is it? I m not even sure.

My partner had to pick up my cat after dental surgery and I was unable to be there and bring my credit card with me. I received money back because the surgery was not as expensive as initially quoted. If it were possible to just have money go back to peoples cards versus them having to bring them in, that would be great. I believe that it was just left as a balance because I wasn t there and I would prefer to have that money back.

The service was much quicker than I thought. She has had zero reactions to being spayed. She was so hungry and kept begging for food. I gave her a little bit at a time. She had plenty of water. We never use the gabapentin. And I wonder why she didn t have a cone on when my friend came to pick her up. But she doesn t seem to be worried about her stitches at all. And she s extremely bouncy and has been since she came back.

I love this place my dog baby has anxiety with appointments. They prescribed her meds to make her less nervous and was so quick with the process. I understand some days can take a while depending on needs of animals but we was fairly quick. Thank y’all bless you all.

I requested blood work, IV hydration, and vaccines for my pup when the clinic emailed me and inquired about which services I would like. I also noted it on my dog s intake form in the drop off line. When I picked up my dog, I asked for a copy of her blood work and found out those added services were NOT provided to my dog. She is a rescue with an unknown health background, so for her safety, I wanted the lab run and I wanted IV hydration for her comfort. I m extremely disappointed that this was overlooked twice. I was told that I should ve told the lady who took my card number over the phone, but she didn t even mention or ask about added services. I wish I could recommend this clinic to friends since the low cost services are beneficial to the community, but next time I ll pay the extra money to ensure my dog is well cared for, comfortable, and receiving the treatment I request for her.

The doctor who saw my cat for his dental follow-up appointment did not read his chart & was not prepared to examine him because she gave me the wrong information. She told me he had severe tarter build-up & needed to have his teeth cleaned when he was there for a follow-up after having four teeth extracted & a cleaning a month before.

This organization is EXCELLENT. I wish you had more clunics, like in JoCo
