Please have your staff explain price increase for surgery when you call them. Don t surprise them with a high bill. Also please have your staff make customers aware of credit surcharge before payment is made. Don t surprise them with a huge surcharge they weren t expecting.

I had an appointment and was put off until the walk-in was taken care of and that was not supposed to happen.

The check in and out process was very long - but regardless they were able to assist financially and take care of my kitty while I was not around and if that is the biggest complaint - I cannot be anything less than satisfied - thank you for taking care of my baby!

As I am sure the staff is nothing but excellent, I only spoke briefly to the gal the took our puppy in and the gal that brought our puppy to us. Both very nice. We did have to wait 2 1/2 hours before he was taken in and when we cam to pick him up another hour and 1/2 wait. I think the timing needs more work. My puppy is doing well for that I am thankful. So I assume the staff is wonderful. Thank you

Jordan the vet tech was wonderful, but I had 2 appointments with your organization and found it to be unorganized. The emails with instructions did NOT the actual process when I arrived. I placed 2 phone calls to you that were Never returned. I didn’t feel as if your staff was helpful or caring. I believe that you believe are doing good for community but you don’t seem to care at anytime in the process to care for your consumers.

The mobile event I went to recently in Overland Park was running really behind on appointments for some reason. I was scheduled for 11am and arrived just prior to that to check in. It was 1230 I think before my pup was done. It wasn’t a big deal that day for me, but I could see how that much of a delay could’ve been challenging for most. That was July 10th. Maybe just check that day and see if there’s anything that could’ve made it more efficient. But otherwise you guys have always been great in my opinion!

I told my Daughter to make appointment for her fur baby. I was very happy. I love the convenience. Thank you.

We spent a full hour waiting in the car, but we were warned about that. Our cat was only inside for a minute for vaccines, and then we got her back and waited even more for the paperwork. I would have liked the vet tech to tell us what to expect after the shots (like where they poked so we could tell where she would be sore), but for the affordable vaccinations, it was worth it.

I am indebted to Dr Melia Washington for having taken the time to carry out an out-of-the-ordinary task, and transfer Luna s vaccination records - including stickers! - onto her EU Pet Passport, to facilitate my move back to Europe. You handled everything to perfection. My dog is very skiddish and your people let me go inside with him and it made everything much easier than last time.

Each and every time I have called to make an appointment the staff has always been nice and very helpful and very friendly at the gate to bringing back at the end of the line to exit

The long wait for drop off and pick up was pretty long. Other than that great experience.

We recently brought our 2 new kittens in and thought we were getting the exact same treatment for both but when we got home found different medications for each. An email resolved the issue but communication at the time we were there would have been better. One other comment. It was not clear whether either had an overall wellness check when seen. With one kitten frailer and having diarrhea for the week we d had them, it was a concern and mentioned but other than confirming the sex of both, no health info was shared. But this establishment was highly recommended by my daughter Heather Gallardo and I believe I have found a great place to bring my pets!

Usually everything is great when I go to an event. I was using a gentle lead with my dog. One of the staff was visible upset over my gentle lead. I have a pitbull who is generally profiled to be an aggressive dog due to her breed. I use the gentle lead because she gets so excited to meet new people even with the training I have put her through and I don’t want to make anyone nervous because of her. The lady voiced that she believed my dog didn’t like her gentle lead and when I tried to explain why I used the gentle lead. She seem annoyed. They took my dog and when they bought her back out magically the gentle lead was off. Another staff member awkwardly told me the gentle lead accidental fell off and walked away. I have no problem with someone having a different opinion then me with the gentle lead or even if someone has knowledge they would like to share about it. I didn’t appreciate the rudeness or the judgement. She could have easily explained her issue with it and not decided among herself to remove the gentle lead.

The drive-thru drop off and pick up were great! Sometimes going to the vet can be a stressful experience if other pets are not friendly or leashed, etc.
