Everything was amazing. My dog doesn t seem to be traumatized by her experience. Only suggestion I d have would be there needs to be some kinda after care for the tattoo line. Like A n D ointment. My dog got very dry and that seemed to bother her more than the surgery sure did.

A little confused I sing right at first and then understood how things was coordinated very well. Thanks for taking good care of my Daisy operation. She doing so much better and healing up fast after surgery!! In a few more days it s going to get harder to stop her from romping around with her two sisters. She seems to understand that she can t lick her stitches, so the cone is helping with that!!

I absolutely hate the process for check in and out. I guess it s the price we pay for getting low cost services, but it certainly isn t customer-friendly. Check in, especially, is excruciating.

I was very pleased with your Staff and the way you treated my Basset Hound Clyde and me. The only complaint I would have is the inability to communicate, other than by email, with your staff during the scheduling process. I would have felt more comfortable talking with one of your staff members directly via phone rather than wait several days to hear from you via email.

My dog was released barely could walk I understand they had some problems with him so I had to go in and get him they wouldn t even open the kennel for me. I had to open the kennel my dog slid out both front legs out sprawled could barely walk to my car the lady followed us out wouldn t even help me put him in the car. He s 119 lb and I got no help I picked my dog up about 1:30 and he was out of it until about 5:30 that night before he finally recognized me. I think because they had problems with him they wouldn t tell me what the problems were so I don t know if he nipped at someone I don t know. He has done that once before and I did put that on the information page or the application so it was told in advance. When they text me to schedule this appointment it was for 7:00 a.m. I didn t think I can make it so I called three different times and left messages for someone to call me back never received a call back. Thankfully I was able to bring him at 7:00 but I think that they released him way too soon he was not ready to come home yet. So no I will not refer you our experience was not a good one. I do appreciate the free service though because I was not able financially to do this for him but I do not like how they released him the conditioning that he was in. And I ve had dogs fixed before and they were not this bad at all when I picked them up.

The center is a life saver. People are so caring and nice. We rescued 4 kittens and their mama. Wouldn t be able to afford spaying/neutering them all and keeping them if not for the center. Recommend you all to all my friends/family.

The scheduling was a little frustrating because there was nothing available online but when I called they fit us in. The spay and neuter went well (we brought 2 cats) but when I called with a concern with my cat after the neuter, the vet was dismissive. I did not agree and took him to my normal vet and they wound up giving him antibiotics, flushing his wound, and giving adequate aftercare. I understand that this is a low cost program but telling me there is no concern when there’s an open wound with cat litter in it is very bad advice. It’s acceptable to send me to my normal vet I get it but you told me to just ignore it and not clean it or anything and that makes no sense. The pickup process was confusing and I wound up getting skipped in line and the whole process for pickup took way longer than I thought it should’ve. Better instructions for that would also help. Thanks for offering this program and for accepting feedback
