I felt bad for the team when their table papers and signs kept blowing away in the wind. Thankfully us pet owners did try to catch as many as we could when it happened but definitely wish a better setup for them. Otherwise, great as always and appreciate the low cost care to keep them healthy!

We really enjoyed our interactions with your service. The worst part of it was having to wait in line for an hour and a half to drop off our dog to be spayed. However, we were warned that it could take a long time and I d say it was worth it to be able to get quality care at an affordable cost. We were also amazed at how quickly they finished!

Have not been able to register the microchip and the recovery suit that I supplied was put on backwards. The velcro strip should be on the pets back, not her belly. You can find pictures on Amazon by typing in cat recovery suit .

I was worried about this because it’s a drive up and it was the first time coming here. The staff made me and my dog comfortable and I felt great leaving my dog for surgery! I will always recommend this place for any services! I can’t tell you enough about how amazing the staff is here.

The Westlake day email says the are set up inside the store but they are actually in the parking lot. Could you change your email to reflect that?

You all not only did an incredible job with the surgery but helped me and our cat feel calm and did it for under half the price our vet quoted us out. Put arrows (or paw prints) in the parking or signs letting people know where to get in line so they don’t try to cut in front of a bunch of cars. Otherwise everything went great & everyone was extremely friendly.

From scheduling to drop off and pick up, everyone at prkc has made this experience very smooth and stress free! I was a nervous wreck about my dogs procedure, but all of the techs and employees were so kind and so informative about everything done for my dog. I had all of my questions answered and my dog has been doing great since we ve gotten home! Thank you to everyone at prkc for the wonderful experience!!
