Our appointment went fantastic!! I would definitely recommend receiving immunizations for cats and dogs with the amazing staff! They fell in love with my PUG baby??

The drop off and pick up seemed a little chaotic and impersonal. I so appreciate what you do, but will admit I was very nervous given the drive thru nature of the clinic.

Very well organized. I. Thought in a female feral cat for spaying and it was quick and easy checking in, dropping her off and then picking her up. I have a couple more ferals that I will be reaching out to Pet Resource to fix them. Thanks for helping all us animals lovers do what we can

I would like to say first, yes it was a drive for me, but I checked in and it was very quick, I came back to pick up my TNR cat and it was very quick. Everyone was so friendly and I ABSOLUTELY can not wait to bring more cats back thank you for taking care of my Stray cat. Thank you for being so friendly to me. I will be back

The site is definitely busy! My only issue was that my appointment was running late and spilled over into a work call. I could not engage the tech when she brought back my post-appointment instructions. To be fair, this was identified as a risk when I made the appointment. I was prepared, but it was still a little frustrating.

The staff was super nice, and so caring of my puppy during her service! This is my dogs new home for health :)

This is an unbelievable service that has been a true blessing for me and my fur baby. He s my family and they not only cared for him as such but were kind to me as well. That you were able to understand that I have no vehicle and very little money but still helped me and my baby...I just have no words. What a blessing your whole team are!

It would be helpful if staff would give aftercare information/instructions after an appointment. This way clients will not have to guess what needs to be done. Staff was professional and friendly.

I was impressed how friendly the staff was. Also very knowledgeable about next steps, future vaccines, etc. If I could make 1 suggestion, it would be : leading the car line with either arrows, cones, etc out of the street.

You are doing a great service considering others are charging 5 and 600 dollars to spay.

I arrived for this appointment 15 minutes before my scheduled time Scooby did not get taken for his vaccine services until 15 minutes after the scheduled time. When he came back from services, i was informed he had an infected ear & was offered meds and treatment for another $50 something. I declined, but specifically asked if the condition would be noted in the record. I was told it would be. It was not. To me, this means that either it got reported it to the wrong pet owner, or had bad information regarding its inclusion in the report.
