The only thing is i don t see the reason to make appointment my cat had a appt. for 8:10a.m. I got there at 8:00a.m. the waiting in line outside they didn t take her in until about 9:15a.m. Those who have appointments should come first. Don t understand your system with the appointments.

If I couldn’t afford the regular prices for my pets what would make you think I had 35 for you to take a Quick Look at her and tell me she had a sis’s on her neck it took no time 2 minutes at the most I thought that was unfair and price gouging the elderly on a fixed income because I’m taking preventative care so it , I couldn’t afford yearly shots but you want me to pay for 2 minute look crazy!

I love the pick up and drop off , it’s so easy and pretty fast for how busy they are . They staff was so kind and sweet to my baby boy and me as well . They get back with you within hours of reaching out! That’s amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could and we will definitely be going here again!

My roommate and I have used your services to spay & neuter cats many times. You great and the cats come back awake and ready to play. That s because you do not over anesthetise them. Thank you for being here.

Drop off/pick up process needs to be improved. We waited for an hour at drop off. At least inform People of this ahead of time. I has a 7:45 drop off and barely made it to a 9:30 appt. That said, thank you for taking such great care of our puppies!
