I will always bring my cat to you for her shots, I know the care she receives is great. I had one little issue this last visit. When my cat received her shots and was promptly brought back to me the young woman said she’d bring my paperwork. I waited 40 minutes for the paperwork, finally getting out of my car to flag someone down. I know everyone is doing the best they can, and maybe you were short staffed, but the long wait for the paperwork wasn’t only inconvenient for me but I would think was for you as well in an effort to keep things moving.

Although I am extremely happy with the service my form I filled out both times ignored that I wanted to microchip Victoria. I know I was not charged but now it’s another procedure my dog has to go through since no one read her form. I feel it was never read because when I picked her up no one seemed to know she had a hernia even though I had filled that out too. Not very comforting that I had turned my dog over for surgery and no one bothered to read what I filled out.

Hello, I was talking on the phone through my radio and it seems as though I was accused of yelling and screaming, I can promise you that I wasn’t and since being accused I was denied services for my pet. I have been taking my pets to you all for services for many many years and it was just very hurtful to be accused of something that I didn’t do. My family and friends also use your services but after being accused they are re thinking. It was all over a misunderstanding of making a payment and again my phone calls are through my radio in my vehicle and seems like I’m yelling when I’m not. Kind regards,

They treated and told me what was wrong with my dog. Now I need to take her to the urgent Care, because they can t provide any medication.

The staff is so nice and friendly! The whole process is very easy and so efficient that I think they are the best!!!

I want to say thank you to everyone for everything. It was something I put off for far too long for too many reasons, but glad to have it done by people I have gotten to meet and volunteer/work with during vaccine drive thrus. It was a great relief to know the care she was getting. I was not worried at all and Lana is doing great! Thank you to everyone for the amazing work and care.

Before our spay surgery we went to a drive through on May 18th to get Lily vaccinated. I called before that to see how long after shots will we need to wait to get spayed. The lady on the phone was very professional but gave wrong information. She said to wait 3 weeks after shots to get spayed. I noticed when making the spay appointment that you could vaccinate at the same time. She did not tell me that. That means I didn t have to sit in a car with a very anxious cockapoo and a 7 yr old for 2 1/2 hours to get shots. Ugh!!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS. AND CARING STAFF. IF IT WASN T FOR YOU I WOULDN T BE ABLE TO AFFORD FOR DOGS TO HAVE THEIR SHOTS AND CARE. SOPHIE DID HAVE ALITTLE MUSCLE REACTION AFTER THE SHOT. BUT SHE IS DOING GREAT NOW. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU ALL DO FOR OUR FUR BABIES

Everyone was very friendly and they took real good care of my dogs. I did not however, enjoy waiting in line for an hour and a half. I do understand though that it was necessary to give everyone the attention they and their pets deserve.Thank you!

I recommend changing the estimated wait time on the website from 1 hour to 2-3 hours. It wasn’t as busy as I’ve normally seen it and the wait this time was 2.5 hours.

I was unsure of the weight of my dog and got charged a higher rate (90lb). I inquired if my dog could be weighted before the shots to confirm weight as Last time we were at the vet he was 85 lbs. He was weighed and when brought back I was informed he is 86lbs .I noticed I was still charged the 90lb shot package which is a $50 difference. Just wish you could confirm weights prior to charge as that saves a lot of money for unnecessary dosage given.

The only problem I’ve had with this business is that you can’t get anyone in the phone and they don’t return phone calls. Everything else has been too notch and I would definitely recommend their services

Wonderful Staff and very patient when answering questions.

I had an appointment for an enucleation and was told drop off was at 7:10am. Well I hadn’t heard anything by 3pm so I went into the clinic as phone calls cannot be answered due to high volume. I was told that she had not yet had her procedure. It wasn’t until 4pm that I was called and told to come pick her up. I appreciate the friendliness of staff and the availability of anaffordable clinic. However it’s unfortunate that my puppy did not have time to come off anesthesia and was forced to be immediately discharged.

My rose us a 14 yr old yorkie who desperately needs 4 teeth pulled but I can find anyone to help so I am assuming she is in constant pain. I ve done several blood test, a heartworm test even tho she didn t need it and every vet still says 500.00 or more someone needs to give us price breaks so we can properly take care of our babies
