I was really worried how things would go with my baby girl. She did great and was comfortable with the lady that took her in. That meant the world to me. Thank you to everyone there.

I don t want to give less stars for something so small, especially for how professional and helpful the team was, however, the cone that was given to Shrimps was very easily taken off and she had a good hour before I could get a new cone/wrestle it onto her where she licked her incision. Thank you

We had an appointment and showed up on time. We had to wait over an hour in line before my dog was taken inside. Once dog was returned to the car we waited another 10 minutes for the paperwork but eventually left before getting it because I was already late for another appointment. Staff was nice and friendly just wish we didn’t have to wait forever in the car line or at least give people a heads up it’ll be an hour.

You all make it much more affordable to take care of our little Willow. We sincerely appreciate it!

We took our small dog to be spayed. We were anxious to leave her alone, but the staff made us feel that we are leaving her in very capable and caring hands. We got updates, and was able to take her home early. Thank you.

The staff was very informative, and clear in their instructions, and helpful. My kitten has been healing very nicely and has regained all mobility. I am so grateful for this to continue with her health and make sure not to add to the unwanted pet population. Thank You for all your help.

(i m so sorry that i can t remember your name but, you live on in my heart) very passionate and knowledgable on her illness and gave me the best resources to further treatment. you will never know how much you mean to me, thank you for making sure i knew it wasn t my fault and that i have done everything right. things unfortunately happen but thank you for helping me through it. :))

I am really thankful I was at the Olathe clinic rather than the main location. I was intimidated by and not looking forward the process described in the email and video sent. But at Olathe it was as simple as walking my pet in and they got seen.

I was so entirely impressed with your staff. I was in a bit of a hurry because I needed to be able to pick my daughter up from school on time almost an hour away and didn t have anyone to get her for me. I inquired with your staff several times about when my dog was done and if he d be done early etc. I m sure I was super annoying. However, not one person on your staff made me feel that way. Here they are doing this important work and answering my questions so politely. Not one person gave a hint of annoyance, condescending, or rudeness. everyone was so nice and helpful. I wish human medical staff treated me ½ as good as you guys did. plus the meds to make my dog comfortable and communication were top notch. I cannot say enough good things about you guys. Keep up the good work! I plan to tell anyone wanting to make a donation to a good cause to send it your way. And one day when I can afford it I hope to sponsor another dogs bill. Thank you so much for your positive contribution to society.
