One hour 15 minutes. Cat was edgy and over it. I understand you are busy, I understand you specifically say wait times COULD be an hour. So, I will not return. Been doing this several years in a row. No longer for me. Sorry, I don t have an hour plus available. Maybe don t load up appointment times so heavy?

I d recommend accurate record keeping. There was no current weight for my larger dog, though current weight gor my smaller dog, and her weight was put for the larger dog. I ve reached out to inquire larger dog s weight and not heard back.

My cat was treated like he was family by the staff I met at check-in and return. The check-in and return process was easy and my cat, as frightened as he was, was handled with care.I was treated like a valued customer and pet owner. I would highly recommend KCPRC to anyone that has pets to their spay & neuter clinic. It was a very easy and efficient system for receiving and returning the animals, both cats and dogs. I would highly recommend KC Pet Resource for anyone who needed help getting spay or neuter services for their animals.

Staff is so friendly and caring. I knew Coco was in good hands for her spay.

My little boy (a chi) was not treated like he was important in my honest opinion… he cried twice and the 3rd time he snapped at them. Now he is on a bite list… it’s not in his nature to bite anyone but they didn’t seem to care they were hurting him

T was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was working hard to get all of the animals taken care of. I was impressed by their work ethic. We appreciate everyone who puts in long days to care for animals that really need affordable vet care.

It is a very well ran operation from setting the appointment to animal drop off and pick up. Made sure we understood what to expect and to look for in the procedure done.??

The wait time in the parking lot is ridiculous. It used to be 30 mins. which is long enough but now it’s over an hour! Something is not working so please consider making changes.

Had a 10 AM appointment, young lady was there at 9:50ish to check me in. Very polite. The Vet and staff showed up at 10:20, walking thru Westlake s parking lot, feeding their faces. Four other pets/owners were there waiting behind me. Very unprofessional! I had to ask questions of the individual handing my dog back to me, they told me nothing. Worst visit I have ever had in the many years we have used this service.

Although an error occurred during our pet s visit, the PRCKC quickly took accountability and worked quickly to make things right and did so. We had a very good experience and would certainly recommend PRCKC to others.
