You need to be more available by phone. I had questions after my appointment, and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone. It didn t even give me an option to leave a voicemail. Email isn t always the best option for everyone.

I really would recommend PRCKC to anyone who needs service for your bursaries, they are absolutely the best. They handled my Ace with love and care and the staff is very caring and some easy to talk to. 10 outta 10 rating!

I was very impressed how organized and efficient my visit was in getting my dog spayed. She has recovered, so quickly. I appreciated the medications that were sent home for her. It really shows how pets are cared for at Pet Resource Center of Kansas City.

I can never get a person on the phone. It would be so good to speak to someone for some of my questions when I call.

Very understanding with snoop dogg being very fearful and allowing me to take him where he needed to be. The staff was amazing with him.

The staffs are very friendly, even though our girl bark to every pets in the room. It was quick spay procedure and thorough expectation after the procedure. They are very professional and attentive to every questions I asked through email. It made me feel safe. The biggest thing this organization does is help us with financial assistance, that is a relief for us.

Need to respond quickly to email or vm left. Response was AFTER my pet was scheduled and seen. Would have prevented some confusion morning of.

We have been faithful clients at the main office downtown. Couldn’t get an appointment before Dec so had to try out one of the Mobile visit options. Set appointment for 11:15. Showed up and checked in at 10:40. Didn’t get into van for vaccines until 12:25. Cold and raining made the wait in line very difficult. Finally got into van to be told, they didn’t have 20min to take blood for heartworm test on my 3lb chihuahua. I requested it be removed and credited but was told they would leave it as a credit and I could go into main office to have it done later. Rather than argue and hold up the line longer, I just agreed and got the vaccines done. I won’t ever use the mobile options again but highly recommend texting when ready for clients rather than wait in line option. Also, it’s great that KU students come out to be trained and assist but when things are 1hour behind, it’s time to let them observe until caught back up. People in line were concerned with making it to bus stops for kids, other appointments and back to work. During check in, we all were told “about 20 min wait”. Thank you for all you do, please know we clients appreciate you all.
